The house has private parking with an automatic gate and a beautiful swimming pool with deckchairs and an outdoor table. Equipped with all amenities, a kitchen with an island, a large living room with a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with AC, a washing area, and a balcony.

The bedroom features a spacious bed with neutral-colored bedding, complemented by decorative pillows. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead to a balcony adorned with outdoor seating and vibrant greenery, allowing for ample natural light and a view of the surrounding landscape.

Our apartment is tastefully well decorated and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It is on a 3rd floor, however it’s easily accessible by elevator or stairs. The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, modern style bathrooms, 50" Flat Smart TV with cable service, free WIFI and Netflix, A/C, washer and dryer, and private balcony with pool view. The balcony is ideal for a morning coffee and it's on us!
