Spectacular ocean views from a privately owned modern 1 bedroom Villa with a luxurious Queen Bed. A separate lounge with double sofa/bed for 2 extra guests. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people, but it is most comfortable for 2. Please keep this in mind when booking for 4 guests. Nostalgia by the Sea. A cosy but spacious getaway that is located 200 m from the ocean, 100 m to Coffs Creek Walk & Bike Path, and 1 km to Coffs Marina & Harbour. The cottage has 50 m2 of indoor space, including a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, living and dining areas that includes a 55" TV and a 200 L fridge, a kitchenette/bathroom, separate shower room and separate wc. The dining area opens onto 20 m2 of L shaped covered verandah. Near Coffs Jetty Strip Restaurants & shops.

Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.

The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
