For bookings with only 1 or 2 guests (age 2+), the Queen bedroom is not automatically included but can be added for an additional $25 (flat per stay).

During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet. You pay this fee directly to the owners, please pay on arrival. This cottage has been remodeled for our guest with new flooring throughout, new linens, new dishwasher, and new ranch décor.
