Another fantastic stay at Tim’s house! The home is spacious, clean, and tucked away in a beautiful part of town—just a short drive from downtown Coeur d’Alene. The theater room was easily the highlight for us; we spent hours watching movies, UFC fights, and playoff basketball on the 4K projector. The kitchen is fully stocked and made it easy to cook every meal we planned. Each bedroom is comfortable and private, with the master suite being especially impressive. Between the peaceful setting, wildlife sightings, and top-notch amenities like the sauna and Traeger grill, this home has everything you need to relax and recharge. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the CDA area—already looking forward to our next stay!

Mandy was so great to work with and the house was exactly what our family needed for our cousins wedding weekend! So nice to have the pack n play and toys for our daughter. This was our second stay in CDA. We were extremely happy with this place. A lot bigger than we thought and was extremely clean. Location was safe and quiet. And close to both CDA and Hayden. Overall one of the better places we have stayed with a great price!

We were only here for a long weekend, but it was such a great spot! The house was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. We loved the location and easy access to walking trails along the water. Would definitely recommend!

Michelle, you little house was adorable and comfortable. We always come over to visit family. This trip we brought our dog. She loved her stay! Even though we brought our own dog supplies, you were well stocked for your doggy guests! And, I have NEVER seen so much cookware! LOL! Perfect family space! Great kitchen area to cook & eat together. Living room was cozy & plenty of room. Loved the sleeping areas to spread out & have our own rooms. Enjoyed our mountain condo time here!

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

Our family loved staying at the birdhouse. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool area was private and relaxing. The hot tub was fantastic! Will absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

We have zero complaints, this was a fantastic home to stay in! The home was very clean! We especially loved the fully fenced yard for our 3 dogs. It’s already hard to travel with 3 dogs but the yard and dog friendly home made it so much more relaxing.

We came to town for a cattle show at the fairgrounds. Perfect location to everything. Gorgeous condo and very clean! Robey was the very responsive and answered all my questions. We were even able to get into the condo early which was a huge help for us all to get some much needed R&R. All the amenities you could ever need. Kitchen stocked very well. Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable place to stay! We won’t hesitate to book this place again!

Adorable fairytale cabin near owners home. Nice outdoor sitting area. If you’re a light sleeper like me, be aware that there are train tracks nearby and trains start at 3am and go every 20 mins from then on. Comfy and super cute.

This was one of the coolest and best airbnbs I have stayed in. It was super unique and a really tranquil experience. I would recommend to anybody looking for an outdoor glamping experience with all amenities on a great property.

Great little studio apartment above the garage stalls, separate from main residence. Beautifully and simply decorated - very comfy. Gorgeous neighborhood!
