Treehouse close to the Anglesey Coast

In the depths of North-west Anglesey and close to the and coastal paths sits a quirky Treehouse. Tucked away a mile off the main road the little nest sits around a tree which grows inside the space. It shares its home with the owners as it sits in a corner of their garden. With peacocks (very early hooting during Spring), owls, a woodpecker, cats and dogs, there is plenty of amusement. The stars shine brightly, the surroundings are wild and not manicured but it is a haven for wildlife and birds

Beudy'r Esgob

‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. Glan Rhyd -Tranquil Country Cottage

Glan Rhyd is a 200 year-old country cottage idyll, centrally situated with easy access to the whole of Anglesey. Secluded within its own tree-lined wildflower meadow alongside the River Alaw, it offers peace and tranquility second to none. The cottage is semi-detached with its own entrance, parking & facilities including modern kitchen, en suite bathroom, shower & Sky TV. The owner lives next door, and the resident (wild) owls live at the bottom of the meadow! Pets unfortunately not allowed.

We love to welcome all guests to our converted dairy Tylluan Wen (Barn Owl) which is a stone building attached to the main house. The cottage can sleep up to 4 persons in one double and one twin room. We are a growing smallholding with alpacas, sheep and chickens. We also have two dogs.
