Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. Respectful guests come enjoy our beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of historic Cocoa Village. Our upper level studio apartment has been freshly painted and tastefully decorated with a coastal theme. We added a privacy wall between the living space and the queen bed, that gives a sense of multiple rooms. The couch pulls out to an additional queen bed. The apartment has a beautiful, privacy fenced courtyard and pool that is shared with the guests in the main house.
