Sunrise Turtle beach house was a comfortable, well stocked house that felt like home. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had everything we needed. It is right on the beach and within walking distance of multiple resorts for food and pool use. Peaceful and still close enough to Placencia for an outing without having to be in the heart of all its activity 24/7. Zun, from Flowers Vacation Rental, was an extremely responsive and helpful host.

The most gorgeous and relaxing place right on the beach! It was my first time to Belize and I was blown away by how nice the villa was. Very well kept and beautifully decorated. We loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and sitting in the hammocks on the beach in the evening. The location was private and peaceful but just a short drive to all the restaurants and activities. Great local recommendations from the host too! Will definitely be back!

We had a group of 7 people and everyone loved the house. The property is exactly as described and was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this Airbnb. Herbert was very responsive and friendly.

Seiri del Mar is Amazing!!! This was one of the best places I’ve ever been! The service excellent, the view was beautiful and the villa was stunning!!!

It was very nice staying at the Beach Villa. Spacious and very nice. We were able to go to the Jaguar Resort by just showing our key. There you can go to beach and swim in the pool. What we liked most were the bicycles because we could get around Hopkins easily without always driving our car. Also the host was a very friendly person. Thank you for the stay. We enjoyed it very much.

Excellent spot to stay! Very private (there are some new units being built close by), near easy and relaxed eating spots at the local resorts. We stayed here for Christmas and new year’s as a family of 6 and had a wonderful time. This is about a 20 min drive from placencia town so I do recommend you rent a golf cart or car. Hosts are SUPER responsive and helpful- would stay here again! We loved the private beach on the lagoon and pool.

We had a lovely stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is the food wasn’t really good at the restaurant on campus.

The villa was just as described and well equipped with everything you'd need during the stay. It was lovely house and in a great location that you can just walk over to the beach.

We stayed for the Easter weekend. It was excellent! Nice views, comfortable and well appointed space. Overall it was really nice for a family getaway. The team/staff were really helpful and made our stay comfortable. I’d highly recommend it.

There was no downside to this house. Staff is amazing. The location is outside town so it’s peaceful but yet only a golf cart drive to everything.

First, let me say the pictures on the website did not do the property justice. The villa was beautiful! More importantly, the staff was great and the best thing about our trip. Erica, the concierge, provided input and managed things perfectly for our stay (and I know it was difficult because she was dealing with 7 very different individuals). She kept the lines of communication open and was accessible before and during our stay. Jorge was very friendly, and he maintained the grounds and pool daily. He was a delight and made sure he introduced himself as soon as he came onto the property. Last but certainly not least were Anthony and Namir. They were both wonderful. For three days out of our stay, Anthony cooked wonderful meals for us, his lobster/shrimp and stewed chicken dinners were delicious. Namir managed the home, ensured it was clean and that we had clean linen and towels daily. Although we rented a van, the home came with the use of the golf cart which was very helpful!. I can't put into words how wonderful our stay was and how great this staff is!

Our stay in Maya Beach was perfect. Cindy and Maya are incredibly warm and helped answer all our questions. Cindy kept the place very clean daily, the chef prepared delicious food, and Olvin kept the grounds beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay with 12 of us!! Host was extremely helpful and communicated quickly, even when we were there and had questions or needed something!! Very happy and impressed with them The house is exactly as pictured!!! I came to clean beach everyday and pool every other day. It’s hard to tell from pictures but you walk off the beach right to the pool starts stairs with a place on each side to wash sand off. Two hammocks and plenty of seating. Three kayaks with life jackets provided which we did use!! Laundry room was nice to have and contained beach and pool toys for the kids, we left some of ours there too! Rooms had all amenities listed and fully stocked, we cooked a lot and had plenty of things for 12 people! The kids were excited there were games there and each top unit and smart tv so they could stream at night before bed. 30 min to end of peninsula where all the tour things are, like snorkeling, diving and fishing. Plenty of restaurants 8-15 min drive. Not walkable.

Our family had an excellent time staying at Casa Laylo. It was the perfect home for our getaway! The home is impeccable, with all the needed amenities. The view was simply stunning. We enjoyed the pool, the hammock, and the beach. Not to mention the kitchen which was perfect for some home cooked meals. The host was incredibly responsive, and very prompt when we needed help with a few things. You won’t regret your stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Tuscan Villa. Sam, Carmine, Pima, Giulia were excellent hosts and made us so comfortable. The house itself is huge — our party had two adults, a four year old, and a four month old baby. One couple stayed in the garden level room, four years old slept in the room at the bottom of the stairs (Sam set us up with a cot), and one couple slept in the master bedroom in the loft, with the baby in a pack n play (also generously given to us by Sam) in the walk in closet which was the size of a small room. I wondered about the lack of AC but it was not a problem at all. We are from Minnesota and live in the cold but even then, felt comfortable with just fans on during the day and sometimes had to turn the fan off at night. Sattva land is stunning and peaceful. The house is equipped with everything you’ll need. The food at Sattva rivals 5 star restaurants. We are so grateful we got to experience Sattva Land’s beauty and this family’s hospitality. Book now!

The Freebird House is a perfect tropical vacation dream. Seriously, I cannot exaggerate how wonderful this place was for us. It's like a secluded and peaceful resort that's all your own --- with a pool, a private palapa dock, kayaks, bikes, an outdoor bar, outdoor bathtub, hammocks, and more. The photos don't do it justice! You're on the lagoon, which is preferable to facing the Caribbean because it's protected from the wind and you get the sunsets to the west. You can kayak right from your private pier. To reach the Caribbean, just cross the road behind the house. The house itself is spacious and light and airy and has floor-to-ceiling windows in every room for epic views of the lagoon and the Maya Mountains beyond. The large veranda has tons of space to gather and soak up the breezes and views. The decor is relaxed beach style, but everything is modern, high-quality, and shiny-new. It's a 20-minute drive to Placencia town, but there are also some good restaurants a short walk away.

We had a very pleasurable stay at Breeze of Paradise. The host was communicative and responsive, and the house was what we expected. Having a pool was great for the kids, and watching the pelicans dive all day long just out front was wonderful entertainment. We loved the large kitchen for preparing meals, and all the rooms were very comfortable for our family. We also appreciated the location being somewhat further from the towns further south, but an easy drive in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Laylo. Beautiful beach in front, nice swimming pool, quiet, safe and nice restaurants in the area! Jessie was flexible with our arrival as I thought it would take much longer to get through the airport and to Seine Bight! It was a lovely place and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Herbert place was peaceful, clean, and inviting. We all 4 enjoyed our stay and loved being greeted by the local 2 dogs everyday. The morning sunrises were amazing. We took the kayaks out twice in the morning and enjoyed the view and all the beautiful birds feeding in the shallow sea floor while the sunrise glistened. The beach was clean, but everyday plastic would be swept in by the tides. Not a lot and no fault of the host Herbert. My husband and I would pick it up everyday. Only because we are activist about a clean earth. I wish all people would recognize this problem. Thanks Herbert for the great communication and your beautiful home. We all had a great time.

Cornel’s place is perfect for a stay in Hopkins. Convenient to all the great restaurants and wonderful amenities. We hated leaving & would highly recommend.

Don’t even think twice about renting this beautiful home on the ocean. The location is centralized to many great restaurants and the bakery is just down the road. This place was is a gem on Maya Beach, plenty of room for all 6 of us, lots of seating around the pools. Jaguar Lanes across the street was a fun place to chill and their drinks were amazing.
