This peaceful 130 m2 house offers a relaxing 50 m2 stay for the whole family on enclosed and wooded land, at the foot of the champagne vineyards. 10 min from Vitry-le-François, 20 min from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 min from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage. From there, you can observe the migration of the common cranes, discover the champagne cellars of Vitry or Aube, enjoy water and seaside activities, and there is a casino 20 minutes away. 35 minutes from Nigloland Park.
