Relax with the whole family at this peaceful newly built place! We are only 30 minutes away from downtown Calgary and 1 hour to Banff, with opportunity for hiking, skiing and exploring nature in Kananaskis, Bragg Creek and Canmore. Enjoy our walk-out basement suit with private entrance. This unit is part of our family home, where we live with our doggy Max and our cat Menue. While this is a quiet household, guests may hear normal household sounds — including Max barking from time to time.
