Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cobb

Wow, we absolutely LOVED our stay at Amy’s Local BnB. Amy was truly the most hospitable host, she was so friendly, offered amazing recommendations, and was very responsive. We so enjoyed the fresh eggs, as well. I can’t recommend her place enough, we will certainly be back. The location was peaceful, and decorated perfectly. The amenities were perfect.

Pictures truly do not do it justice! The perfect wine country retreat for a long weekend. The shower, the bathtub (can you believe that mirror??) combined with the immaculate decor and brand new appliances were truly such a dream. Don’t get me started on the bed- like sleeping on a cloud! So perfect in every way! Megan was kind enough to coordinate an early check in for us and set out yummy snacks and chilled champagne upon arrival. Can’t wait to come back!

The stay was exactly what we needed. 2 bed, 2 bath with a pool and things for the kids to do. We were surprised to find out it wasn’t an apartment, but a timeshare, so like a hotel but they give you the sales pitch at check in. Only downside is there isn’t anything walkable like a coffee shop, or restaurant on property, but downtown is only 5 mins away. Recommend hitting the grocery store for everything. They charge for wifi which we found odd.

Great stay. Loved having access to the pool and hot tub for kids and adults. Very clean bathrooms and kitchens, plenty of space for 4, and comfortable beds.

This was a great bnb walking distance to the lake. Many restaurants in walking distance as well.

This is a condo run by a hotel management company so there were no wierd issues that you might (and usually do!) encounter at a personal home. Ligia was very upfront about the whole process. The only thing of note, there is not a lot of parking so if you're a multi-family, carpooling would be recommended. We didn't use any of the property's amenities.

My family and I had such a great stay at Michael and Edna’s place! The house was easy to find and check in was smooth. We had an absolute blast in the game room! So many fun arcade games to keep the whole family having fun and entertained! I’m not sure if the kids or adults had more fun! The backyard was secluded and beautifully landscaped. The house is a short drive to downtown Sebastopol so it was super easy to explore. We would look for this place again if we’re ever back in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was beautiful! The groceries and wine were a nice touch. We didn't feel rushed to get to the grocery store after a long day of driving. The house was extremely clean. The beds were really comfortable. We had a good time doing the scavenger hunt. Would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay, very private and quiet. Great location among the wineries of northern Sonoma County. Kitchen was great, and we enjoyed the fireplace every evening. Thank you!

If you want to do Healdsburg - then stay at Carma Cottage. Walk everywhere, park right in front of the cottage, it will be your home sweet home.

It's a nice place with super comfy beds and fancy bathrooms, as everyone says! Unfortunately the living/dining spaces and furniture are much less comfortable, the layout isn't the most conducive to spending time together, and the kitchen was missing some key items. To her credit, Hila was very responsive and even overnighted a box of missing supplies, and offered to fix issues quickly. But a lot of things weren't there as we needed them: a kettle, oven mitts, foil, the salt was almost out, only canola no olive oil, etc. While there were a lot of nice touches around the house, there were just as many small annoyances that felt like they wouldn't be tolerated if someone lived there. If you plan to spend most of the day out and just come back to sleep, wash up, and hot tub, this is perfect. If you want to cook and be cozy/comfy together, maybe not ideal? This place is fantastic! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. The place was very nice and clean upon arrival. The games (pool, ping pong, basketball, bop it, foosball) were a great addition to always be doing something. There were a lot of fish near the dock and it was extremely fun taking the kayaks out to fish. The deck is very large and spacious for outdoor activities. Make sure you close the doors quickly because there are a lot of bugs that try to get inside!

My three girls and I celebrated my 70th birthday there. We had a wonderful time. The house and amenities were beyond expectation, and we loved the friendly, warm and cozy atmosphere. We would all go again!

Location was great! And onsite staff was accommodating and flexible with our needs!

Us and another couple decided to take a few days off and head out to Napa for a midweek getaway. It was our 23rd year anniversary and both of our friend’s birthdays and 34th year anniversary! Matt’s rental was awesome. He was very responsive and within a couple hrs we rented the house. This beautiful condo is located in a gated community within 15-20 min walking distance to Silverado Resort. Checking in was easy and straight up. One of the rooms has a beautiful local view of the hills and houses around. Matt’s vacation rental is clean and neighbors are very quiet. The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary bowls, pans, utensils etc. Bathrooms were clean and plenty towels were provided. If you plan to have a nice stay in Napa i’ld definitely give them a try! 5 stars all around

Nice space, great for groups! Call ahead to make sure they adjust the two twins into the queen. And the time share folks will push hard, stand firm!

I loved staying here! There was so many things available to do in the area! Be warned though the welcome desk will try to talk you into going to a timeshare meeting. Overall it was a great place to stay!

This resort is perfect for a wine tasting weekend! It’s super close to so many wineries and centrally located to both Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean and beds super comfortable. There’s also a full kitchen in case you want to make meals. It’s a great deal!

Peaceful location with beautiful patio overlooking the golf course. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. I appreciate Kristina’s quick responses and flexibility on check-in time.

Lovely location, walkable to restaurants on a quiet street. Close to many lovely wineries! Highly recommend Chappellet (and Prager if you like port). Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great! Would stay agin.
