Water access within walking distance, on a dock in Fitch Bay (overlooking Lac Memphrémagog). Note that this is not a beach, and it is not possible to swim near the dock.

It is located halfway between the renowned Coaticook creamery (1.8 km) and the city center (1.7 km). In addition, opposite this same dairy, you will find the famous Coaticook Microbrewery. Several hiking trails are also nearby, not to mention the new Coaticook movie theater in downtown and much more.
