Sandy and Woody were great host. They answer quick and they were very friendly. Now this house… INCREDIBLE, STUNNING, PEACEFUL. House was very clean. Edwin and his wife were great help, very kind people. I will definitely come back again. I love Lago Cotepeque and this house has a great view to the lake and close to restaurants and water activities. Thank you Sandy & Woody.

We booked a short stay here and it was a wonderful home! The home is very spacious and perfect for traveling with a family. We had lots of luggage with us and it was very easy to get in and out of the home with it. Even though the home is in a neighborhood, the home felt private and peaceful.

One of my favorite house that we have stayed in Santa Ana! Price is great for the value. The only thing that I could say against this house would be the entrance is a bit rough getting inside because of the slope. But otherwise amazing house!

Great places to stay as the description mentions there are a lot of stairs however, you can get a good morning and evening work out by walking up and down the stairs. If you’re looking to be close to nature as well as the lake, this is a perfect place for you.

Absolutely beautiful grounds and very clean. Rosa and Felipe were wonderful! Only note the drive way is very steep downwards, like in many places in Lago Coatepeque. Overall, it was great!

Wonderful peaceful place on the lake with fabulous hostess always helpful and terrific service in the house. Rosario and Milton were truly wonderful yet discreet. Highly recommended The water in the lake as in the pool is warm It is a true delight we hope to replicate some day soon

We loved Jeremy's place. The house is very clean and big. Angela, the housekeeper is a very good person, very kindly welcomed us and helped us with whatever I asked for without any problem. One thing that can improve would be the gate as it was always a problem not being able to open it is a little complicated.

Wow, this property is absolutely beautiful! The check-in instructions were sent on the day of our reservation and were very clear. The property manager was always available on-site in case we needed anything; for example, when we ran out of drinking water, he was quick to refill the jug. The staff on the property woke up every morning to tidy up the place, and when it rained one day, they made sure to dry the walkways. Both the lake access and the pool were clean and easily accessible. I loved that the property came with a speaker to enhance our experience. I highly recommend this property for large groups looking to explore Lago de Coatepeque. One note: the driveway is somewhat steep for certain cars, so it's advisable to rent/request a four-wheel drive vehicle. However, most cars in the area are equipped to handle the mountainous roads, so it shouldn't pose a serious issue. While there are some stores and restaurants within walking distance, I recommend having a driver or rental.
