We are centrally located to many places you'll want to visit on your Colorado vacation! An hour from Den airport, close to Boulder, Eldora Ski, Estes Park, casinos & Rocky Mtn Nat. AWD or 4WD is highly recommended in winter & spring months. We offer a lot do at the house; hot tub, fire tables, pool table, darts, stage with guitar. Permit 23-110606

Enjoy a private getaway for 2 with wood-burning stove (MUST bring firewood), indoor dining/cooking area with 2-burner propane stove (propane provided), sleeping loft, outdoor sitting area with propane gas grill. NO electricity or running water. Outdoor shower stall with two 5-gallon solar heated shower bags. Bring towels. Outhouse nearby. Bring food & ice. Well water provided from spigot at main cabin. Cot available UPON REQUEST in advance - prior arrival. NO CAMPFIRES OR USE OF ANY FIREPITS.
