Luminita's accommodation is a wonderful refuge in a scenic and historically beautiful and interesting area. The whole courtyard is exceptionally tastefully restored, actually you experience new little loving details every day. Everything is well-maintained and clean, everything is available for a few relaxing days away from everyday life. Even the welcome with local specialties sets the mood for beautiful days... Communication with the host is easy and fast, everything was actually even better than expected from the listing! Of course, you need a car, but in the village you will also find places to eat and shops for the most important things. There are numerous UNESCO World Heritage Sites within reach.

Hadrian and Marianne were both extremely kind and helpful during our stay. we arrived later during the evening with no dinner plans, and Marianne helped arrange a dinner delivery for us. We had issues with our rental car the following day, and Hadrian when above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. The included breakfast was lovely, and the coffees Hadrian makes are awesome. Tei Teehaus is truly one of a kind, and beautifully captures the rustic charm of Saschiz, and this Transylvanian community truly distinguishes itself from the rest of rural Romania. Hadrian's place was the highlight of our trip to Romania; from the beautiful garden and terrace, to the incredibly cute, friendly (and sometimes opportunistic) cats. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day!

We had a lovely few days stay in Crit, Sana provided good recommendations on where to visit and eat, all of which we enjoyed! The village is peaceful and quiet (but handily near to the main road), we woke to the sound of cowbells and donkeys each morning, and enjoyed walking in the nearby forests. We also loved spending some sunny afternoons sitting in the little garden. A perfect introduction to Transylvania ☺️

Charming house a little isolated from the city, with a very large private courtyard, with many animals nearby, very pleasant. Large house, spacious, very clean, simply but tastefully furnished, rustic and authentic. A big thank you to Sorina, who was very responsive following a problem with running water. Warning: No wifi, and kitchen separate from the house (need to go through the outside to access it).
