We loved our stay. Coming from Texas to attend a Golf Tournament, we all enjoyed this beautiful space. Thank you. Truly a gem in DMV. Having the playground for the kiddos was perfect.

This air b&b is in a beautiful setting with plenty to do (kayaking, hot tub, fire pits, bird watching, etc). It's also very centrally located so we could easily get to more populated areas in no time. The most stunning part of the house is the master suite in my opinion which is on the upper level (the upper level is shared with another apartment, but you don't really hear the air b&b tenants of this suite and it's completely separate with a separate entrance). Stunning views from both the master bedroom and the bath tub in the master suite! The downstairs is also quite lovely with two regular bedrooms, one small bedroom, and a sun room that has a pull out couch (we didn't use it). It's a lovely house to entertain in. It has personal photographs to the owner downstairs that speak to the family's history. The owner is communicative. The overall experience was quite lovely. We'd be happy to return.

The check-in process was smooth, and everything was exactly as described (if not better!). It’s rare to find someone so welcoming and professional on such short notice. We’re truly grateful for the hospitality and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

What a great air bnb! Kristine has a gem in old town Alexandria! It’s in a perfect location and while parking can be a little tricky, we lucked out the entire weekend and never had to pay for it. This place was great for our family, even with 2 young ones! My husband and I loved drinking wine on the rooftop patio once our kids were asleep. I would 100% re-rent this home if we are ever in Alexandria again.

Our stay was great. Chrissy and Lee were extremely accommodating and communicative. The home was as described, clean, and very welcoming. It was perfect and very comfortable for our family with small kids. We would definitely stay there again!

This is a great property for those visiting the DC area. Bedrooms each allow privacy (and the basement living space felt like its pwn secluded apartment!) but the communal spaces (deck/yard and living room) gave us wonderful social areas (we even invited some guests over for a luncheon "en plein air"). Close to anywhere you really want to go in the DC area (the Mall, DCA, Arlington/Alexandria) and plenty of local spots (the Harris Teeter is literally 3 minutes away!). A+ location.... you will not be disappointed with this beautiful house and yard/deck!

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Heather's place was as described. Clean and neatly organised. The linens and towels were very clean. The facilities available were adequate. The kitchen is not a full kitchen but has enough for heating. We had left some medicines behind and Heather and her team spotted it, and communicated the same to us. In addition, they took the trouble to drop it off at the local FedEx office.

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Raquel was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made a difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

We LOVED the space! We’ve been working on downsizing and the layout and hidden storage areas were exactly what we want in our future home. It was so, so comfortable. So much so that we never did use the hot tub that we really wanted to use 😂 We enjoyed the space and just vegged. We were doing Safety Patrol for the Bay Bridge Swim and there was plenty of room for our jet skis & double trailer. Wonderful hosts. Even joined us on the pool deck (upon invitation) for some friendly conversation. Cinnamon the golden was a sweetie too. Wonderful experience. Don’t hesitate to book. You won’t be sorry.

Martha's place is a lovely retreat. There is enough privacy between the main house and the guest house. The guest house is spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch and access to the pool. It's in a quiet and peaceful area. I look forward to coming back again.

My stay at the farm in Brandywine was absolutely amazing! The property had everything I needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. There was a large outdoor chess set, which was a great addition for extra entertainment. The peaceful lake nearby added to the relaxing experience, and it was so nice to see the goats and chickens on the farm — though they were kept in a secure area, it was still a delight to watch them. A special touch was being able to use freshly laid eggs for breakfast, which made our mornings even better! The owners were incredibly sweet and accommodating, making sure we had all the amenities we needed. Their communication was quick and helpful, addressing all of our questions, including those about our arrival. The space was spotless and smelled wonderful, and we had a restful night with no complaints. I also appreciated the extra security provided by the gate, which gave us peace of mind. Even the neighbors were welcoming and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay here. The sofa was very comfortable and I was able to get a good night rest in the bed. The location felt safe and was located near stores and eateries. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks!

I have been a customer of Airbnb for years this by far exceeded all of my expectations. From the time that I arrived, my hostess was amazing flexible and so helpful even offered to give me a ride into DC because my train was delayed, and I arrived in Fort Washington later than expected . So hospitable, kind, generous and caring. I will definitely be back.

Everything you’d expect out of a treehouse getaway. It was secluded, it was quiet, it was beautiful with plenty of outdoor space for your pups to roam if you’re bringing them along. It was close to everything we had on the itinerary without being TOO close to the hustle and bustle of the surrounding towns. The hosts were the most responsive we’ve ever had and very accommodating. If need be, they’re there within minutes. Despite it being a treehouse in what felt like the middle of nowhere, the treehouse was clean and equipped with all the essentials. The space was used very well and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful.

Extremely clean and peaceful feeling Airbnb. You can tell that Carlos takes care of the property and the suite. Parking, entry, and check-in/ out were seamless. Stayed with a friend and felt very safe. Would stay here again!

My husband, our 10 month old, and I stayed here for a couple of days, and it was the perfect place for us! The neighborhood was quiet, the space was homey, and the host was super friendly and accommodating. We had a minor issue, but the hosts were very timely in their response and getting it resolved! We would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a place and would stay here again!
