Our family cottage around Lake Champlain offers the best view you can find in the area! Direct access to the lake with a private beach, a large dock, 2 kayaks and a large garden. The water is crystal clear and the view on the Green Mountains is breath taking. The area is full of nearby things to do: Adirondack Park, Ausable Chasm, White Face Mountain, Lake Placid, Plattsburgh, Burlington, small brewery and winery. The living space is located on the 2nd floor, with a play room on the 1st floor.

Woodstone Cottage is a cozy stone and log building, located between lake champlain and whiteface moutian, sitting on a 109 acres sided by Salmon River, with gorgeous hiking trails. Charming cabin in the Adirondack Mtns., across the street from AuSable River w/ spectacular views of Whiteface Mountain. A short drive to famed Lake Placid, stroll through Lake Placid for an array of activities & events, or get outside & hike, fish, canoe, kayak, cross country ski, skate, snowshoe, downhill ski at Whiteface, mountain bike, etc. Guests have direct access to the river, Lake Eaton, 10 miles of hiking/ski trails, playground, & volleyball, basketball, & tennis/pickleball courts.

The Brookside Cabin

Our Cabin is nestled in the woods of the Adirondack Mountains. The Cabin is behind our family home. We are on a country road close to two towns. Our area offers many amenities such as fishing, hiking, boating, golf, hunting , wine tasting, leaf peeping. The cabin is heated by a wood stove and is the only heat source. “Wood Stove will injure a small child. Fast moving water in brook. Children 7 and up is ok with pre approval. The outside shower is heated, hot water available mid April -Nov.

Chazy on the Lake

Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

Heron Pointe Camp is located near Whiteface Mountain and Lake Placid in the Adirondack Park. A beautiful lakefront location on Silver Lake. Near Saranac Lake. Private dock & kayaks. Perfect for a couple, small family or professionals. Close to many Adirondack peaks, lakes, rivers, ponds, hiking trails and skiing. Silver lake is a private lake approximately 3.5 miles long end to end with perimeter shoreline of 13+miles. Nice for swimming, fishing, paddling and relaxing lakeside.
