Holiday rentals with lake access in Clinton County

Ashley’s home is gorgeous! If you like the idea of staying in a lake house with a magnificent view you will not be disappointed. The home has two larger windows, one in kitchen and living room that provides a breathtaking view of the lake. The home is exactly as described and more, very nicely decorated with all new appliances. We could not have been happier with our stay and look forward to the next opportunity to stay again.

This exceptional lake house provided the most welcoming space we could have asked for to celebrate our family and to spend time together. From heated floors on the cool nights to the beautiful piano to the awesome "grown-up-sized" Jenga, we filled our days with settling in together and simply enjoying! We are so grateful for Dina to sharing this wonderful home with us!!

Our host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. The space was clean and very safe for the babies. The area was quaint and peaceful for our weekend getaway.

I rented Jamie’s house for colleagues coming into town for an extended stay to provide them with a home away from home. It was a great location and Jamie was an excellent host. We had one small hiccup out of their control and they immediately responded, and they were in contact with me throughout the process. All was resolved in a few hours without any interruption to my colleagues stay.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable. Bathrooms and amenities were perfect. This set my standards high for future ski cabins at this price range !

We had an amazing time, the house was exactly as advertised, and the hosts were extremely responsive with questions/answers. We felt right at home, the house had everything needed for a cozy stay. Gorgeous view and we will be coming back 100%.

The house was perfect for our boys fishing trip! The space slept all 8 of us comfortably and we all loved the porch overlooking the lake. We were able to swim, fish, and kayak right off the dock (getting the kayaks down the stairs was a challenge, but doable). Our host communicated really well and made the stay easy and peaceful! We look forward to visiting there again!

Blown away by Jon his beautiful kids and of course the stay, my family and I chose to spend our holiday weekend here and it was incredible on all fronts. The views from the unit were absolutely jaw dropping - plenty to do and plenty to do At home if you chose to stay in - the stay felt like home away from home , only an even better version. To make things even better My dogs had a blast too!! Thank you so much for having us

Perfect location if your planning on boating and fishing short drive to town and boat ramp plenty of room for your boat and truck and outside outlet for charging

Ellen and Jeff's apartment was the best airbnb that I have ever had. The place was immaculate and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics (coffee, tea, cream, popcorn, etc.) Most importantly it is incredibly peaceful. The patio by the lake had beautiful views. If you are a birder, the location is amazing.

Stayed for a few days with my family and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end! The house was absolutely spotless, the host & family were very friendly and helpful. We loved it-definitely recommend! And will most certainly try to come back again! Thank you again you guys! We had a great time!!

We spent one night at Nicole’s Airbnb and it was an amazing night. I was up for a fishing tournament and Nicole’s husband and father in law allowed us to use there extra driveways to make it easy for parking. It felt very homie. Nicole’s husband made us a bonfire and invited us out. We are looking forward to our trip to lake Champlain again next year and will stay with her again.

Great private room, noone else was in second room so we had the place to ourselves. Cellular service wasn't the best and the owner shared the wifi and password with us.

Absolutely fantastic place to get away . If you’re looking for a private, peaceful, clean getaway with a great view of the lake , this is it . We were on an ice fishing trip and loved the easy access to the lake . We absolutely will stay again !

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The rooms are compact, but there is a spacious communal space, with gloriously large windows onto the lake, and plenty of charming games available. The sunset views are stunning!! The hosts were friendly, flexible, responsive, and respected our privacy. Little notes and labels made our stay incredibly user-friendly, and the furniture was very comfortable. Small note: the shared beach for the house is more of a pebbly ledge, and one of the rooms has a folding partition as a door (this makes lots of sense spacially, but does provide less privacy). Overall, this place was wildly worth it. Would rent again!

We had a great time, at the end of the being to sit ON the water and look out over the lake was just what we needed!

Our stay at the Plattsburgh Cottage exceeded all our expectations! Such a wonderful cottage with so many places to relax and unwind with the unsurpassed view of the lake across the entire back of the house. The cottage was within close proximity of day trips to Vermont and Montreal - then back to the cottage for beautiful sunsets on the lake. Our host Jeff thought of everything to make the stay so enjoyable - everything that could be needed in the kitchen, great towels and linens, the best fire pit and beautiful landscaping all around the cottage. We also enjoyed walking to the marina nearby and enjoyed all the wildlife in the area, including the nightly parade of geese families across the lake. Thank-you for such a wonderful stay in this special place!

We really enjoyed our weekend here. Beautiful place inside and out. Would love to stay again sometime and definitely recommend!

After we arrived and brought our things inside, we left to visit or family...on returning at 11 pm or so, our code would not work to open the door. We attempted to reach "Karen," who apparently does not exist. Finally we were able to contact someone who is obviously employed by a corporation , and she told us there was a key in a lockbox- after trying to change the code and not succeeding. There was a half hour where we thought we'd have to call police to help us get in. Other than that, it was fine. The mattress and bedding could have been better- and i have a feeling they don't wash it all, as instructions were for us to put the sheets only in the washer.
