The place was amazing, the house was beautiful and clean, the landscapes were beautiful, the host Jhon was so nice and always available. And we also had a great fish during the stay. We recommend 100% if looking for a place to escape your daily routine.

Coby’s place was a wonderful little getaway spot. Nice and relaxing. Perfect for stargazing and enjoying the Tennessee river. Friendly neighbors as well. I hope to come back one day!

Was kinda off putting when you have to go past the "bus house" but, once you get back in past the cattle guard the home was beautiful, Lori was very quick to respond to my questions and very helpful. My granddaughters and I went for a walk around the property and enjoyed some of the peace and nature around , it was very nice. My wife got a little scared one night by an armadillo that had wandered around and she heard the movement outside but couldn't see because it was so dark and had to get the high powered flashlight to see. All in all it was a great stay no noise or light pollution from the city and the Mennonite bakery (Troyer's) was great we got fried pies, sourdough bread and some blackberry preserves.

We had a fantastic stay! very quiet and peaceful and always great to walk around and see the animals. we will definitely recommend to friends/family who are visiting the area. they were very accommodating and super friendly! great place to stay!
