The residence features a vast open-plan layout main space, an eclectic array of boutique furnishings, room length windows, a cozy fireplace, and expansive vistas. This contemporary condo is located in a beautifully renovated historic building. There is great attention to detail in both the furnishings and the decor. The condo is near everything yet is located in a beautiful park like setting. The floor plan is open and the kitchen is modern - with newer built in stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The 2 full baths are luxurious - utilizing granite tops, ceramic tile and high end fixtures. The kitchen/dining/living areas have beautiful hardwood floors while the 2 bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting. There is a rooftop deck that is wonderful - access is via the elevator to the 5th floor - turn right off the elevator and take the stairs through the first door on the right (one flight). Access to the secured building is by keypad. A well appointed lobby welcomes you where an elevator awaits to take you to your 5th floor condo. I am available anytime from 7:00AM - 10:00PM for anything at all. I am available anytime after those hours above for emergencies. This area of Walnut Hills is adjacent to beautiful Eden Park and offers great proximity to downtown, numerous restaurants, and nightlife. There are also many scenic areas overlooking the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati. The METRO bus stop is located one block from the condo. The RED BIKE bike renting kiosk is less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. Uber rides are about $3.00 to OTR and about $4.00 to Downtown and the sports stadiums. Please note that there is a binder that we have assembled that we have left on top of the desk in the condo. This binder showcases all of our recommended restaurants and sites - organized by neighborhood. Also - there is easy access to Eden Park if you walk to the public stairway just in front of the Beethoven Condos (the blue historic building on the corner of Sinton and Morris located across the street) There is a "Red Bike" kiosk for affordable bike rentals located at the bottom of the public stairs mentioned above.

Kay’s place was wonderful, she thought of everything! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable and the place was spotless when we arrived. Kat responded to our messages almost immediately. She was a lovely host. We were going to a show in downtown Cincinnati and it was so nice being only literally 2 miles away! If I ever had any reason to be back in that neck of the woods, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again!

I booked this listing for a colleague traveling from abroad. This apartment was in a great location with plenty of restaurants that are within walking distance. Very cute and homey apartment. It was definitely an added bonus to have a parking spot in a garage. I will most likely recommend this listing for others new to the area. We enjoyed our long weekend in Cinci. The place is beautiful and well kept with lots of small amenities to make your stay that much more comfortable. A private courtyard is a nice touch but nearly unnecessary given how easy it is to hop on the free commuter and explore downtown on foot or get in your car to head to areas north and east without having to deal with downtown traffic. The neighborhood was not overly rowdy even on a long holiday weekend. Would definitely stay here again.
