A newly refurbished studio apartment located on the Camps Bay beachfront, close to the Camps Bay strip of restaurants and bars and within walking distance to the notorious Clifton beaches. The apartment has an open plan bedroom, lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen and a separate bathroom with a private outside patio with dining table & chairs, sun loungers and a Weber gas barbecue. The studio also has private access from the beachfront directly up to the apartment. Access is from Victoria Road, with a private entrance with stairs up onto the private patio overlooking the ocean. Street parking is available on Victoria Road and adjacent side streets nearby. I am available to assist guests however I can to make there stay more comfortable. I love hosting guests and providing local suggestions and tips so that you can fully enjoy your stay in my home town of Cape Town and the most beautiful suburb of Camps Bay. Camps Bay is one of the most beautiful and sought-after areas in Cape Town with views of the 12 Apostles and the beach. The property has easy pedestrian access to Victoria Road and is less than a minute's walk from many restaurants and bars. You can walk anywhere in Camps Bay. Uber is very reliable in Cape Town. My Citi bus is a reliable bus service with links to the City, Seapoint and Hout Bay. There is a staircase which has direct access to the beach road. The studio is perfect for a couple or single person and has a private patio overlooking the ocean.

The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay.
