L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. A pochi passi si trova una piadineria con bar, un supermercato Coop, un Despar e un panificio. Il centro, con tutti gli altri servizi ( farmacia, banca, negozi di vario genere) si trova a circa 200 metri. Gli ospiti possono utilizzare il terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone.
