Apartment fully renovated in 2023 in an old Savoyard building located at the end of a cul-de-sac. You will stay on the ground floor in a quiet and peaceful environment. The accommodation has a south-west facing terrace. The apartment is located 6 km above Albertville, about 45 minutes from the first ski resorts, 6 km from Tamié Col and 45 minutes from Lake Annecy. A bakery, butcher, and small grocery store are within walking distance of 300 meters from the property.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Small independent quiet studio on the garden level (near Albertville). Folding bed +sofa. Attention, the sofa is integrated into the folding bed, so it is not a second bed!!! Parking, bike and ski room . Possibility of loan of sheets/towels for €10/rental. Housekeeping of your choice: you do it (products, equipment available) or €10 if done by the host. Enclosed land, garden access, garden furniture. No pets allowed. Shops and various activities nearby.

We are available if needed, but if not, you will have total privacy and tranquility.
