Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Recently renovated the Orangerie offers, on either side of a vast living room, 2 independent wings. Welcome to all nature lovers (on foot, by bike or on horseback!), animals (La Flèche et Doué zoo, fishing). - The bed will be done. - Cleaning: if you don't want to do it yourself we can take care of it

Apartment located in the center of Noyen-sur-Sarthe in a quiet alley overlooking the Sarthe River that can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, supermarket...). The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The major cities nearby are Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers and Laval 50 minutes.
