Monthly Rentals in Clemton Park

Great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and even allowed a late checkout. Everything was smooth—would definitely stay again. A vacuum would’ve been a nice extra, but no complaints overall!

Everything is great except the difficulty to enter the car park / the property when the key / remote control was in residential car park on the check in date. It took us about 2 hours to figure out how to get in the car park without the key. We ended up with following others when they drove in while the door was still open. There was no such direction on guide introduction, which caused us a lot of hassles. We rang the host number a few times, and were told just follow the guide. Hope the host update her direction and clarify the right way to enter the residential car park without the key/remote control/swipe.

Good place overall with reasonable prices. Host are very friendly and easy to communicate

great location close to our son and his wife and 1st baby we visit quite often from the gold coast so penny's listing is perfect.the apartment is also perfect for other family members to visit ,very comfortable feels like home
