Monthly Rentals in Clemencia

This was a nice condo and was quiet for the most part and the has everything that you need. The local restaurants are very nice if you have a chance eat at the sushi place called Koi Koi that’s only minutes away by Uber.

Condo is located in a private beachfront community with excellent security, beautiful landscapes & refreshing pool. The unit was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Internet speed was fast, had hot water, cold A/C and large balcony to watch amazing sunsets. Building staff was friendly even with the language barrier just use a translation app. The beach has soft black sand and a great little restaurante at the hotel 3 banderas which is about a 10 min walk from the condo. Used Rappi app for food/grocery delivery and Uber to get to the walled city which took about 25 minutes. Owner was very responsive and I would stay here again.

Very good apartment to rest; it is as described with all the comforts and some amenities that they offered in the stay. The hostess was always attentive, in addition to responding quickly and giving some facilities. Recommended. 😄
