Holiday rentals with a kayak in Cleburne County

We had an amazing Thanksgiving here. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable and Andrea was an amazing host. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. Having the lake views and sunsets was such a gift. I absolutely recommend staying here. Great location and beautiful surroundings.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and host. We had a great weekend and this house had everything we needed plus some. Highly recommend!

My friends and I enjoyed our girls weekend! Kelly had cookies and coffee for us upon arrival! Everything was spotless! The view is incredible. There’s a place to take walks around the area. We loved our stay and felt right at home!

Lou Ann was very kind and helpful. The home was immaculate. The fishing was great and the game room was an excellent retreat during inclement weather. The home is very spacious and comfortable, which made us feel right at home. We would love to stay at Lou Ann’s beautiful place again.

It was a great middle ground to meet up with family from Mississippi. We had a wonderful time swimming in the lake, playing board games and gathering on the decks. Beautiful views and lots of room for everyone! We had a mishap when we arrived but Kam was quick to get it resolved. Will consider booking again.

Jeanette was great with communication and prompt. Check in and out was easy. House was roomier than expected and worked well for our family trip. It was nicely stocked with kitchen and other amenities. The location was serene and the river view was pretty. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend this property without hesitation. Thanks for a good weekend!

Beautiful and colorful decor, 4 large, comfortable beds with soft pillows, well stocked kitchen with more than we’ve ever found at an air b& b. Coffee, sugar, creamer, eggs, delicious cookies filled the guest cookie jar, and lovely, fresh flowers welcomed us as we entered the kitchen. A basket held all the snacks you could desire! This is an extremely clean and cozy home away from home. From the spacious screened in back porch, we enjoyed coffee each morning while watching birds and squirrels scampering about. At night we enjoyed a cheerfully lit deck overlooking a quiet yard, planters, and tall trees. Paths to the lake through the woods were tricky. We were disappointed to find the lake low making it extremely difficult to walk over all the loose rocks and mud. We just couldn’t use the kayaks. Everything else was perfect! I’m sure other seasons provide higher water levels. Location is very convenient to lake activities and restaurants, especially Angie’s Hide Away. We will be back.

We absolutely loved this place! It was very comfy and clean. We had an amazing time. We were able to go kayaking everyday and fishing which was the perfect thing for this trip! It was great to be able to be out in nature and enjoy the views from the back patio area. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed if you were wanting to stay in and cook! We will definitely be back!

This place was everything you ask for in a lake house. Access to the water, a beautiful view and a ton of activities to keep our teenagers busy. It has tons of room and sectioned off space so 2 or 3 small families could easily share this place. The home is beautiful and well kept and you could tell they put in a lot of effort in to the decor. We loved it all!

the wife and I and our two golden retrievers really enjoyed our stay at the little cabin. comfortable seating and a comfortable bed, nice smart TVs and a large yard. the Kevin was very well stocked with cookware and the stuff you use everyday like paper towels and tp. Marla was very responsive to any questions we had and even brought by some extra fresh eggs from her chickens

We were stuck inside most of the trip due to the weather, but the house was very comfortable with great views and has books, games, Wi-Fi, and a TV available so we were able to relax and not get bored. The hosts also seem to have thought of everything you could possibly need. When we were able to get out on the water, we had 2 kayaks ready for use at the house. We had a large group and we all agreed we would love to stay there again.

This was our second time staying here and enjoyed it better than the last time, because the natural Springs made the water level higher. It was beautiful to see the changes. Love this place and recommend it.

The cabin and land is gorgeous! We loved the kayaks and the easy access to the lake. Eric and his family SO accommodating-- I had some issues with the grill and they brought a new one out first thing in the morning-was so impressed with their attentiveness thanks so much! Definitely will book again!

Great place on the river. Clarity and temperature of the river in that area depends on rainfall.

Very beautiful property! The ponds are lovely to canoe or kayak around. We were able to see some beautiful horses and sweet dogs during our stay. Reception is spotty but perfect if you want to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors!
