Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! The cabin is beautiful! I always say the pictures don’t do justice to the stays we encounter. The view of the little Red River is spectacular and so incredibly peaceful. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed for a stay. We popped in for a quick overnight stay and were grateful they provided shower soaps and things we needed on a whim. The host was quick at responding to any message & check in/check out was a breeze. We saved the place to be sure to go back when we have more time to enjoy the view and amenities. This particular cabin had a walkway down to the water with a nice area for bank fishing as well. The porch was well shaded and the deck furniture was comfortable!

The place was very well maintained and a very private space. The neighborhood was safe and clean. The backyard setup and the river was breathtaking. Laurell was very responsive and easy to communicate. People who looking for a getaway to a peaceful surrounding with lush green and river next to you should really try this home. The access to river was safe and well kept with a floating deck. If you are into fishing, please bring your own setup and get ready for some amazing trouts when the water is cold. I would highly recommend this place.

The pictures truly do not do this cozy cabin justice! The surrounding area was so perfect and calm. Perfectly safe with our 3 year old son and 10 month old son. Our children had so much fun in this cabin and on the property. Perfect for boys who love nature! My husband had a hard time finding a fishing spot, and the sweet host Mrs. Lou Lou told us exactly where we could go and he caught fish almost immediately! Mrs. Lou Lou was so kind and patient with our family. None of their kindness went unnoticed. We can't wait to go back. This has become our favorite place !

This place was amazing!! We love to trout fish so this was the perfect getaway place. It is private, yet conveniently located to everything we needed. We had plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable, and the hot water for the showers was awesome. Michelle is a super responsive host. She goes above and beyond!! I will definitely be booking this stay again!
