We really enjoyed this stay! The space was great with everything as described and had everything we needed. It’s a great walkable neighborhood with a market, cute breakfast spot, and the park and zoo all within 10 minutes. As the description says, the space is in the basement of the house, therefore voices and sounds are very easily heard but we generally had no issues with this. The bed was a bit softer than what we’re used to so we didn’t get the best sleep, but that’s just us, and still would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at Timothy’s. It was a great location for us, convenient to all the in town neighborhoods. The photos are very accurate and the place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Getting into the parking area is not so difficult unless you are driving a large suv. Still we decided to park in the street (plenty of spaces) and didn’t have any issues. Timothy is very responsive and checks in periodically to make sure everything is ok.

Nice little place to stay, within walking distance of downtown Decatur. Check-in and check-out process was super simple.

The stay was very peaceful and pleasant. It was easy to get around with a car. Near Atlantic Station and the highway. The place looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and neat and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. It felt like home.

Beth's place is a gem in the beautiful city of Decatur! We loved sitting on the porch surrounded by the lush trees as a summer thunderstorm rolled through. The neighborhood is peaceful and within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants. The suite itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a couple nights' stay. The bedding was soooo comfy!! Beth was friendly, gave us privacy, and was gracious enough to allow us to extend our stay an extra night. 10/10 would stay at Beth's place again!

Katherine and everyone were awesome hosts! The location can't be beat if you want to be active, or if you want to break away. The beltline, and numerous restaurants were literally within blocks. Parking was secure and not having to seek out a spot was so convenient. Great Place, we would stay again!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve stayed here multiple times while in town for business, and it truly feels like a home away from home. I’ve tried other hotels in the area, but nothing compares to the warmth and comfort of this spot. The cozy atmosphere, large window overlooking the charming neighborhood, and peaceful garden outside make it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Heather, the host, is incredible – the kind of person who makes you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. She’s attentive, responsive, and clearly takes pride in her space. I only wish every host could be as thoughtful and accommodating as Heather. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a second home than just another stay, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!

Me and a few of my friends visited for the weekend to attend an event in the Lithonia area. Everything inside was clean, well kept, and easy to find. We didn't park in the garage BUT having the in option to do so was really nice. 10/10 would recommend *double thumbs up*

Juanito was an awesome host! My partner and I were traveling for five days, Juanito was so accommodating and responsive. If we had any questions, he was there to help and guide us. I am from Atlanta, so I know the areas pretty well, but Juanito shared new places with us! Which was really exciting. Great place, truly urban oasis! Loved the birds in the morning and how we had a lot of privacy from the busyness of Atlanta! Thanks again John, we will definitely come back!!!

Really loved our stay here. It was better than described. You could tell the place was set up by someone who travels a lot because they knew exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable. We walked to the store and Fox Bro BBQ which was a good recommendation by the host...loved the smoked chicken salad sandwich w/ bacon. Plenty of room for a couple. We will definitely stay here again when we return to ATL.

We loved our short stay for Summerfest! The space was SO clean and had every thing we needed. The bed was really comfy, too. So much better than a hotel. Also the hosts were really communicative and gave me a local restaurant recommendation. Highly recommend!

Quick weekend stay in the area. Joyce was very pleasant and responsive when needed. The place was as described and the neighborhood was very peaceful. As mentioned in her description she does have dogs (which they were outside briefly and seen at least twice during my stay) however, this did not impact my stay in any kind. My only recommendation would be to install a lock of some kind on the door that leads from the guest studio to the main home. This way the guest has the same ability and peace of mind to lock the door from inside the studio as the host. I had no complaints or issues, I would stay at Joyce place again if visiting the area.

Staying here was such a treat! The home is beautiful and the space is very private, cozy, and pleasant. Would highly recommend a stay!

Just what we needed...a quiet oasis during a weekend visit to our kids and grandkids who all live not that far away. A comfortable (king) bed, cozy living room, and a small functional kitchen loaded with more snacks than I think we've ever seen at an AirbnB. Hosts were very accommodating and our two nights there were peaceful. We expect to be back again next time we come to see the kids.

Richard is a super host! I stayed in Atlanta for 5 nights and it was absolutely relaxing and well taken care of. Richard was there to ensure i had no issue checking in at 1.00 am in the night. I forgot my passport at the Airbnb and when I messaged him, he just took care of the entire thing and made me feel someone has my back. I would highly recommend. The room is large, private bathroom, greenery all around, huge storage area so if you are travelling with lot of luggage - this is a perfect stay for you. Will come back when i am in Atlanta

I had been away from Atlanta for many years, and staying at Darrie’s place was like having a home away from home. The apartment was clean, quiet, and very peaceful. I did many walks in the area for food and necessities (Whole Foods), for coffee, and to explore the beautiful neighborhood. Darrie was a great host… always responsive in communication, and gives plenty of notice of what was needed of me. If or when I return to Atlanta, One of Darrie’s properties will be searched first on my list. Thanks Darrie for you being you!!! Ht.

Michael’s place was perfect. I felt at home. Just like the pictures. He made the check in process super easy and instructions were perfect with pictures and everything. The inside was cleaned and had all appliances and pots and pans to cook a nice dinner. Also super close to Ponce markets for dining and drinks 🍹. Not far from the beltline . 0.5 miles from two grocery stores. Overall would stay here again 10/10.

David has a very nice place both spacious and very clean. The porch is lovely. Definitely a great find when staying in the Edgewood.
