Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Clay County

Our stay was great. We had 4 adults and 4 children (ages 9-12) and we all fit comfortably. The rental had everything we needed and was very clean. It is in a really cute part of down town Excelsior Springs with shops and restaurants seconds from the front door. The music from the whiskey bar below was never an issue. There was only music one night out of the 3 we stayed and it was over by 9:45pm. We had an excellent time and would stay again.

Mary Graces listing is probably one of the best, if not the best AirBnb I have stayed in. She was very friendly, and responsive. The unit is a FROG or Full Residence over Garage, but had all the amenities of an apartment. Comfortable couch, big television, good AC, stocked kitchen, and comfy bed (on the softer side, but that's what I like). Bathroom was the crown jewel, I'm envious of the shower head, and amazing water pressure, my Son enjoyed taking baths in the deep tub. Mary was very sweet and even sent us local recommendations of things to do. If you're visiting Worlds of Fun, you can't get any closer, don't think twice just book!

Nice little quaint place and super clean. Shower in Master Bathroom was absolutely amazing! Both beds extremely comfortable as well and we were told about a few places near us that were convenient and helpful. Holy Grounds coffee is excellent!

The apartment is near the freeway, but very quiet in a quiet neighborhood. It is convenient to major sightseeing attractions. It has two wonderful outdoor living spaces, both on the upper level. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but Kristen was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again when we are in KC!

We loved the historic building with modern charm. It was quiet and relaxing. With walking distance to the square it was perfect for our weekend get away.

The space was absolutely beautiful and clean. Rachel was friendly, helpful, responsive and thoughtful. We didn’t hear any of the neighbors. There was plenty to do, parks nearby where we could walk, and the amenities were nice. There is a grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely come back next time.

We really enjoyed the location and size of this spot! It was perfect for our little family and it was in a cute walkable area with plenty of other options within a close driving distance! They provided everything we could need and were easy to work with!

Nice quiet neighborhood, it was an old building but clean. There were only 2 sets of plugs in the room, so with my husband and I both using CPAPs, it was a little difficult.

The house was perfect for our multigenerational family. Being close to Worlds of Fun and a short drive to The Rabbit Hole made our planned activities easy to get to. The kitchen was well equipped and served our needs,even had the electric griddle my husband likes to use to make pancakes. There were plenty of towels, the linens were soft, and the beds were comfy. We felt right at home. Our best Airbnb stay.

Nice sized place, worked out well for me and my dog. Flexible with checkout. Interesting there was a train in the back yard haha

Such a cute house in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Cari took great care to decorate beautifully and stock up the kitchen with everything you need to feel right at home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

The house was perfect for my family. My suggestion would be that the blinds be replaced. In several rooms there were issues with the blinds. Otherwise everything is ok for our family.

I'd give Karri and John's home at least a 10-star rating, if possible. The home was so clean and comfortable. It was located in a well-established, pristine neighborhood. We especially loved relaxing in the screened-in porch. It was convenient to shopping and restaurants, and very close to I-35 and 152. I will definitely stay again!

Melanie's place was just as described. We felt at home and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay again with Melanie! She was a great hostess and was very responsive with anything that we needed!

The apartment is in a great location, & the added bonus of a dedicated parking space is Much appreciated. There is a fair amount of street noise, but in this urban environment it is to be expected. The apartment was clean & comfortable. There was a maintenance issue with the building, but the host was proactive & responded to the problem before I was aware of it. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!
