Beautiful studio with everything you need for a trip to Hudson! I wish I could have stayed longer. Janet was a wonderful, responsive host.

This is a charming studio apartment on the bottom floor of a house. We had our own porch and entrance was easy with the electronic keypad. The place itself is an a very good location just a minute walk from the main street of Beacon. Andrea was kind enough to let us check out a little late which helped us with our travel plans. Recommended.

Cute, cozy, clean, and super close to the bike trail! Perfect stay for a weekend exploring the towns along the trail.

John and Emma's place is exactly as described. It is neat and comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the place feel welcoming. It is on a busy corner so that might be off-putting to some, but it was fairly quiet on the days we were there. You are able to walk to town to many restaurants, shops, and ice cream and there is a big grocery store just down the road.

My new go-to place in the berkshires! I love the berkshires for hiking , my favorite spa (mend), and all the cute shops/food outings! This spot was perfect - it's well-decorated, the bathroom is nice, and the location is GREAT! Loved the back patio for morning coffee. Washer/dryer was fast. Host is very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay & would love to bring my dog next time :)

A perfect little apartment in a perfect 300 year-old stone house. Privacy. Serenity. Calm beauty. Accommodating host. Every uptown Kingston attraction and restaurant within a few minutes walk. Easy parking. A good night's sleep. Can't say that it's clutter-free, but who cares, it's really charming and that bathroom is SO relaxing with both a giant rain shower and old fashioned tub. Perfect.

The location was absolutely stunning! The river in the backyard created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the space was clean. At one point, it rained, and I enjoyed sitting on the patio.

This was our second time staying here. It is a beautiful and clean place. The hosts are very friendly and accommodated our stay well. We definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We had a lovely time gathering a few friends and family for a relaxing long weekend at Steven and Jane's place. It's even more gorgeous than the photos, with all the amenities one might want. Couldn't recommend it enough!

The house was very clean and comfortable. It had basic needs covered, no more no less. It's a very quick drive to town. I really appreciated that it was so dog friendly - she provided dog blankets and the yard was completely fenced it.

I have stayed here a half a dozen times and will definitely be back. They are great hosts and it’s a wonderful house.

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights, wishing we booked for longer. From the second we walked through the door we were super relaxed. The whole house is decorated for a very cozy feel and the house was super clean. We did not leave once we got there until check-out and never felt bored or like we needed to get out of the house. This house has everything you need to cook, relax there is also plenty of things to do. We loved the air hockey table and I spent most of my time in the hot tub which is right next to the river. If you book this place you won’t be disappointed!

H‘s place was quiet, clean, comfortable and ideal for our girls weekend away! We were able to go for quiet walks in the woods and into the sweet little town of Philmont for a quick bite to eat. H was responsive to any of our questions and made sure that we had everything we needed. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We were three siblings with spouses and one young adult, getting together for a mini family reunion. This home was beautiful and perfect for our needs. There was ample space, beautifully- appointed bedrooms(comfortable beds), clean and modern bathrooms and a very well-stocked kitchen, with high-end appliances. Each level of the home had a full bath and there was plenty of common space. Attention to detail and comfort was obvious. This property offers the best of both worlds- serene views, privacy and is a short drive to grocery store, restaurants and a local winery and High Falls Trail. The hosts were very responsive, easy to deal with and accommodating. Wonderful experience Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful. My friends and i had a great stay. The hang out place on third floor was best. The rooms were cozy and the porch was the best part. Would definitely recommend.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

A Perfect Stay at Elisa's! Elisa's place was absolutely magical! Located in a charming yet convenient resort, this beautifully designed space instantly felt like home. Sunlight streams through the windows, illuminating tasteful décor that balances style and comfort. What truly stands out is Elisa's hospitality. Her communication was warm and helpful, and her local recommendations led us to hidden gems throughout the area. The spotless cleanliness and private garden oasis for morning coffee or evening drinks made everything perfect. This place represents exceptional value—not just accommodation but an experience connecting you to the local community.

The location was very peaceful and comfortable. It has a great view of the mountains in the background. The place had everything you needed and was very clean and had cabin like qualities. Very beautiful inside and outside as well. The host was very kind and responded right away to any questions I had.

Yulia's place was the perfect spot for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. Was even great for an infant! It was comfy and cozy! Loved the patisserie downstairs and the town. Highly recommend!

Ashley has a great place!! It was a fantastic place to visit with my friends and reminisce. Weirdly, this rental turns out to be the place my great grandparents lived and did business as my grandma grew up. I did not have any ghostly contact with my relatives in the apartment (I was kind of hoping and not hoping to see them 😂), but I still had such a meaningful time sitting in the spaces they did so many years ago. Ashley is an excellent host and I will come here again next time I “come home”. 😊

Great place right next to the mountain. Had plenty of space for my family, and more beds then some of the other townhouses we've stayed at next to Hunter which was nice
