Melody’s place is calm, peaceful and a comfortable setting. She has thought of every detail and is proactive with instructions and sights that are around the area. Worked out perfectly for my visit!

This is my third time staying at this property as travel to Louisville from work every 2-3 months. It is absolutely stunning. Waleed is a great host and very prompt and helpful in responding. Property is exactly how it’s listed. Great area to stay with beautiful surroundings and great restaurants at walking distance. Highly recommend the place.

Amazing stay, this is absolutely the place to stay for all the Louisville distillery tours. Much less hectic than Louisville but still only a 10-15 minute commute to the distilleries and nightlife. Walking distance to amazing shops and restaurants. Place is super nice and has all the amenities including a washer and dryer. On our next trip to the area we will definitely be staying here

We loved Jessica's place for our four night stay in Louisville. The studio is bright, spacious and beautifully decorated. Well provisioned with everything you need for your stay, and within easy walking distance of NuLu. Highly recommend Locals Pizza & Grocery Store which is right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Amazing spot in Nulu. We were close to several restaurants and shops! The apartment was super cute and the hosts were very responsive and helpful!

This is the fourth time we have stayed at Michael's properties! The value is incredible and is conveniently located right off of Frankfort Avenue. We were in town for the weekend for a wedding which was just a 10 minute drive away to the Louisville Seminary. A big plus is the dog park at the apartment complex. We have a little 6 pound dog that we often like to take with us. The apartment is so comfortable. We love the beds and the large streaming tvs are a huge plus! It appears Michael has everything you would need to cook but we LOVE the restaurants in the area. We were able to squeeze in a quick meal at the Irish Rover and had meal delivered from Kayrouz Deli. Michael's communication is the BEST. We never had an issue but he is always super responsive when I have reached out. We will definitely be back! He is an amazing host and we always enjoy staying in one of his units.

This was our 2nd stay, perfect for my husband and me and our two fur boys. Very comfortable accommodations and we appreciate the fenced back yard.

We absolutely loved Pinehurst Ranch and plan to return within a year or two. We stayed 2 weeks - may stay longer next time. Easy to find location close to everything. Spotless with everything you may need in the kitchen. My husband is 85 and I'm almost 80, so it was great to find a place all on one level that was easy to get in and out of, and I use a walker. Responsive and helpful hosts.

Great place. Had a few cosmetic problems but was wonderful. Tiffany was “Johnny on the spot” with helping us with the very few problems we had. Laser Tag was a plus. Parking in front or rear. A bonus. Close to grocery,liquor, and general shopping. Super close to numerous restaurants.

In town for the weekend and this was the perfect spot for what we needed. Not only was everything and anything around us, but the house was beautiful as well. An issue came up during our stay and Scott was more than helpful on the matter. He even followed up after the fact, which is greatly appreciated. Great host, great house, great location!

Our family of 7 stayed at the Offbeat Oasis for 6 days. It was great! Plenty of room for everyone and the description of the property was spot on. Very close to Louisville. We went to a graduation ceremony at SBTS and it was only a 15 minute drive.

We stayed at the house for almost a month with my mother-in-law and 2 kids while my daughter was attending a physical therapy program in Louisville. Overall it worked very well for us. Kendrick and Mel were very helpful with anything we needed during our stay including providing a desk, shower chair, toilet modification and blackout curtains. While not 100% wheelchair accessible due to bathroom and kitchen layout, we were able to make do, and I would recommend this house to families with children who use a wheelchair (hard to find!). Thank you for a great stay.

I stayed at Sophia’s place for 2 nights for a much needed mama stay-cation. It was perfect, the building was quiet and very secure. I felt very safe. The apartment is just as described and as very clean and so cute. Perfect walking distance to anything in east market district which was great for a girls night out and Sunday brunch! Will definitely try to book again for another stay cation or girls night!

James‘s place is absolutely beautiful!! I stayed here for a little getaway from all the stress at home and my stay was nothing but amazing. I truly felt at home and everything I could’ve possibly needed was there. Also bonus points for how easy check-in was!

Nice safe place for the value. Wasn’t a fan of the parking with a large SUV and current remodeling but it was safe and clean. The living area was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean.

I came out to Louisville to visit my sister who was having a baby. This place was super convenient for us since it was so close to the hospital. It was easy to get in and all the rooms were super clean. I definitely would come back to stay again!

Check involved a few steps, but clear instructions are provided and we were able to get in easily. Great place to stay and would return!

My wife and I had an amazing time! The place was private, clean, convenient, welcoming and modern. Great decor and walkable to restaurants, bars and two blocks from 4th Street Live. We would definitely book again!

this is our second time at Libor's spot. it's impeccably clean. close to NuLu where all th best resturants and bars are out. very walkable area, but is quite enough to get a good night sleep. the parking space is greatly appreciated as well. Great overall value.
