We also offer a variety of learning opportunities as we share how we process fiber, health care for animals or maybe a simple hay ride. This property too unique to describe properly. Waynetown is 1 mile from Interstate 74 for easy overnight access. No traffic, no light - 2 minutes and you can get gas before you get back on the highway. There is a gas station, grocery store, post office and bank all within walking distance of the unit. No smoking or pets.

Perfect for families visiting the area or football/basketball fans. As a host who lives in the community, I am committed to using eco-friendly cleaning products that have no added PFAs. I maintain a natural lawn and yard without using harsh pesticides/herbicides, which means the grass isn't always weed-free, but is safe for pets and children.

Papaw’s Barn

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil get away, in the middle of Indiana heartland! This is a peaceful country setting in a farming community. It is 15 minutes from interstate I-65, approximately 20 minutes to downtown Lafayette and approximately 30 minutes to Purdue University. Papaw’s barn is a detached building away from the main house with parking. If you enjoy relaxing views of the country, in the middle of Indiana heartland, this is the place for you!

Guest house located in the rear grounds of main home. Sidewalk access. 20 minute drive to downtown Indy.Full kitchen & 3/4 bath. This means toilet, sink & 42" shower (no tub).Entire house can sleep 1-3. Price is for 2 guests. Add’l fees for add’l guests & pets (no pit bulls) The upstairs has a king bed & down stairs a twin futon. This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).
