Words can’t describe how beautiful Shelly’s home is … the views of the lake from the cottage to the beautiful manicured lawn and so much yard space for boys to play !!! Hot tub was the icing on the cake with bomb fire we did s’mores the whole entire time we were there ! Private dock was beautiful for kids to explore .. The home was way more spacious than we expected the kids loved the huge flat screen in the family room we felt right at home with everything we needed and Shelly was an excellent host ! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again ❤️

With so many unknowns in our journey, they moved mountains to accommodate us, ensuring we had a beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay, even with our shifting timelines and unique requests. The home itself is absolutely stunning—everything is brand new, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was such a treat. From the thoughtful design to the cozy atmosphere, every detail made our stay feel effortless and peaceful. We are already dreaming of returning in the summer to soak in the lake vibes and energy of Nettle Lake. We are beyond grateful for this experience and for the kindness and generosity of our hosts. Brad and Deb are real pros. They really know how to set up the place to make it inviting and comfortable. It’s rare to run across hosts who handle the details. But these folks do. We can’t wait to get back here.

Amazing place! Even better than expected! Although it says no AC, they have a little AC unit next to the couch and it makes the whole place so cool! We brought fans and didn't even need to use them. The view was absolutely beautiful. The sunsets on the water were truly breathtaking. I also wanted to mention how I love that we were able to spend it with our puppy, kind of rare to find a nice waterfront like this that allows animals! We will definitely be back next summer.

A Wonderful Experience at Cozy Hosting! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cozy Hosting, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The property is located right on the water, offering great views that made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens, making us feel right at home. I loved spending our mornings with coffee on the deck, soaking in the beautiful scenery. The water was clear, and the deck was even better than described. My wife and kids all felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our week. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to come back again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience at Cozy Hosting!

We enjoyed our week-long stay! The house was cozy and peaceful and great for kids. We appreciated all the toys since we had a 1 year old with us! The house had everything we needed and more! We would recommend this place!!

We were in Hillsdale for work and it was so nice to come home to this quiet cabin by the lake. We were able to cook our own meals and relax with the beautiful sunsets most evenings. Very much appreciate finding such a beautiful place that's also pet friendly. The neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors were all very friendly. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Beds are comfortable with individual AC units in each room. Akrum was very responsive to messages and access was very easy. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Loved my stay here! It was a peaceful getaway to a new area. The best part was waking up to the birds and walking out to the waterfront in the morning. I felt right at home the second I got to Helen’s adorable little cabin. There are great hiking trails to explore on the north side of the lake with various activities to enjoy as well. If you’re looking for an affordable place to disconnect and spend some time enjoying the simple things in life, then I’d recommend staying here.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Couldn't have asked for more. Hosts were super helpful, friendly, responsive, all around excellent. The property was great, cozy, comfortable house with plenty of space to relax, beautiful yard, and of course access to a pristine and lovely lake. If you're looking for some peace and quiet, a little bit of nature, and some time on the water, you can't do much better than this.

So cute! Loved the view of the lake. The porch was our favorite spot to hangout. Chris went above and beyond and the Cherry pie was to die for. We will return.

Beautiful Sunsets!!! We arrived to a very clean cottage with a perfect view of the lake. The lake had a nice sandy bottom which my grand kids would have loved if they could have been there. Heather did a great job of answering all the questions we had prior to arriving. In the spacious kitchen, I was amazed at how quickly the Induction stove boiled the large pot of water for the sweet corn. Lots of room in the living area, but more important was the large deck (all 10 of us fit comfortably) overlooking the lake and those beautiful sunsets! Thanks Heather it was a great stay!

We were very pleased with the house. It had everything we needed and was spotless. The host was quick to respond to any questions. I’m sorry I didn’t book the whole week (instead of just the weekend). He also had many little touches and details that were very nice.

Leslie was amazing. She is organized and on top of everything you could need or want. She took time to make sure everything was perfect for us! We rented the pontoon and it was cleaned and ready for the day. She had recommendations for things to so while we were here and answered any questions that we had immediately! We will be back
