Holiday rentals with lake access in Clark County

We came to Ryans house to find serenity and find some healing from a recent loss in our family. I cannot say enough about the sunrises and sunsets on the river. This is a perfect place to rest and commune with the river. The swimming pool and hot tub on the deck leading to the floating dock was heaven to just float in while hearing the river just down the hill and being warmer =) The master overlooking the river meant every hour was in view of it. This place also can support quite a few people with a total of 4 bedrooms meaning it would be perfect for friends or families to connect with each other. And if quiet serenity is not what your after - Ryan shared discounts to rent water crafts of all types and you could tie them right to the floating doc for the house. It really has everything you need - Door Dash is loaded with great options and a large Smiths grocery store is very close. I highly recommend this incredible healing house. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a family weekend and it was perfect , open floor plan , home was exactly as discribed, very clean , close to groceries, pool and game room were fun! Host was responsive and we would choose this home again!

Home is Lovely and owners are more! My family and I Loved the stay we enjoyed it so much like our own home. Cris is very responsive and is very nice. SUPER clean!!! Spotless! I tried my best to leave it as we checked In. My sons 5th bday was very memorable and He was very greatful for the home, he keep on telling me mommy I love You thank you for bringing me here!!! lol BTW is Super close to EVERYTHING!!!! We had a great stay! The place was very spacious and it was great that the bedrooms all had enough room to spread out. 2.5 bathrooms was also perfect for our group. We really liked that it was quiet and we could pull into the garage. Temperature control was also fast and effective. Definitely hope to come back!

This is our second time staying here! We love it! This place never disappoints! Everything is close by and this place is relaxing and feels like home! Definitely worth it!

Everything was perfect in the home! Super clean (really important to me) and very homey. The mattress in the second bedroom (queen) was so comfortable, we slept really well. We were told by the other couple that the king mattress wasn't as comfortable but the room was beautiful. Thank you so very much for a wonderful Airbnb experience!

Was in town to see a few concerts at the Sphere and this was a great place to stay.

This was a great location and has access to river. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Felt at home. Pool and area around was clean. All amenities were as described. Comfortable bed and great shower. Great price. I am definitely comming back to Josephs place. I Would definitely recommend this place.

I can't say enough nice things about place and Karen is amazing. I stayed a month and Its an amazing place to relax and enjoy the river. This is my second time there and hope to return next year.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

Karen’s place is beautiful with AC, private parking and nicely located in a quiet, private, friendly and safe gated community with access to a private beach and to a clean pool. Nicky and Karen were very nice. The community We loved it and we had a great time! Definitely coming back!

The space is clean and accommodating. It was wonderful having a functional kitchen and being so close to the laundry facility is a great perk. Dedicated parking made transportation a breeze. Everyone in the office was wonderful and inviting! I wish I could stay here longer!

I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT STAING IN A MOBILE HOME THAT IT WOULD BE LIKE BEING IN A SUPER 8 OR MOTEL 6. OH MY GOSH, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I RECOMMEND YOU STAY WITH THEM. THE VIEW IS AMAZING. THE UNITS APPOINTED IN A VERY NICE MANNER.
