Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Clarion County

This is the fourth time my friends and I stayed at the house. We are between 67-86 years old. The lodge and surrounding are beautiful. The only things that we have to bring was food, everything else was provided. We have gone for a boat ride, swimming , fishing, walks,and many others things. Mary Anne takes care of every single detail.

David’s property is amazing and definitely a unique experience. The view of the Clarion River is incredible and the secluded neighborhood is extremely quiet. The deck is super functional and grills and a patio heater were welcome. Even though I think we were the first renter, everything was thought of and the host is clearly experienced. We greatly enjoyed competing for high score on the vintage pinball machine. Highly recommended and one of a kind!!

Greg is a fantastic host! He was always very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The amenities were accurate on the listing, so my friends and I knew what to expect when we arrived. We were all very happy with our stay!

Nina is a wonderful host. Willing to help in away she can for guest to have comfort. The cottage is very clean and well kept

Jennifer’s place was even better than the pictures. Such a nicely decorated comfortably furnished home. We had everything we needed. The yard was very snow covered during our time there, but looked like such a nice yard to hang out in during nice weather. The front porch is very inviting. My husband and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

We had a great time-easy to get to, private and peaceful, cute and comfy cabin, and close to cook forest. Jessica was very responsive and helpful. Thank you.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the Country Cottage for a getaway weekend at Cook Forest. The cleanliness, amenities, and location suited our weekend perfectly. I would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Check in was very easy and Linda May was very accommodating and went out of her way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Her welcome basket with baked goods and knickknacks were much appreciated!

Overall, our stay was good even tho it rained all weekend. Bed was comfortable & the place had everything we needed. Hot tub & pool table were a nice bonus. We had a relaxing, peaceful weekend & will definitely keep this place in mind for future (hopefully not rainy) weekend getaways as it is close to Cooks Forest. The host had done some research for us ahead of time & had a list of places we might like to go to while we were there which was greatly appreciated. If you enjoy antique stores, definitely check out the emporium/candy store. We also ate at clarion brewery (which had a vegan falafel sandwich that was right up my alley). On our way home (to Ohio) we went to “farmhouse antiques & rusty stuff” in Knox….this place was full of treasures waiting to find a new home & was definitely worth the stop!

We stayed one night on our way back to CT from MI with our 10 month old and dog. Jessi and Michael were very friendly and responsive. The apartment was immaculate and decorated very well. There were snacks stocked for us when we arrived. Our baby and dog loved seeing the horses in the backyard. We do a trip once or twice a year so I’m sure we’ll be back. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful cabin!! It was so beyond peaceful and private. The host were so helpful when needed and provided great instructions. We had a wonderful 1 night stay for my bachelorette party!! We all felt the beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well kept. The bathrooms are gorgeous! The basement is spacious and so clean and decorative! Definitely recommend!

Steve and Patti were great hosts. Very flexible with check in and communication was very good. The Timberbrook cabin was beautiful and it was a fantastic stay. We truly appreciated everything.

We loved this place for our girl's weekend getaway. It was just liked the listing said. Hedy was extremely responsive to my multiple questions prior to the stay. I would definitely recommend this her cabin!

We had an amazing time at the cabin! It was a perfect place to stay for our family. The cabin is a beautiful and tranquil place to spend. Overlooking the horses and fountains are such a wonderful sight. Richard was a gem of a host and extremely helpful.

it's a new place. property is still being built. all the cabins are beautiful. with it being built up all the workers and Amish were super nice and just wanted to talk to us to see if we were happy. ther was little to no noise and views were great.

If I could sum this property up into one word , it would tranquil. We have stayed here in the Spring and now this stay in the Winter. Looking out the large windows at the creek at the bottom of the hill while the snow flakes floated down from the sky was worth the stay alone , but tbh , this cabin and location is so much more than that.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well maintained. It was the perfect spot for a family get together. We all had our own rooms, and there was plenty of space in the common areas to gather. What I loved was how many little "nooks" there were so one could curl up and relax while still feeling part of it all. The outside fire-pit was perfect and the game room was so much fun. Tracey was a wonderful host- answering questions promptly, and even accommodating a schedule change for us. We felt right at home. The area of Foxburg is beautiful. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay- this is it! There is a lot to do in this area if you love nature. Hiking trails, biking paths, the Allegheny river, and so on. There are some cute restaurants right on the river to eat at as well. You will not be disappointed with this cabin or Foxburg. I highly recommend! Thank you Tracey!
