Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Clarence River

We love staying at the Boathouse! Janene and Cameron are the most amazing hosts! As soon as we enter we feel relaxed! Ocean swims all day, beautiful beach, the most amazing sunsets! And the bed, aaah! Best sleep! The kitchen is well equipped for home cooked meals! While you feel like you have stepped completely out of the rat race, major stores are only a short drive away at Ocean Shores! 20 min drive approx to Bangalow and nearby Byron Bay. Brunswick Heads is only a 5 minute drive for some great restaurants, cafes, fishing! We’ve lost count of how many stays we’ve had at this special haven!

I always stay at Whale Watchers. Angela is super easy to communicate with and makes your stay hassle free. The house is really beautiful, light airy and the view is next level. I stay in many homes and hotels travelling for work. Whale Watchers I always look forward to and enjoy so much it’s hard to leave.

I can only recommend Stuart’s place. The place has everything you need and is located in a charming farm surrounding by nature and stunning landscapes. Stuart communication and hospitality are above and beyond expectations. Thank you Stuart for the great stay.

Bruno was a great host, my partner and I felt right at home with easy check in and a great location. Would highly recommend as it’s a beautiful, peaceful oasis, we will be re booking in the near future.

This homestead was exquisite and had all amenities you needed, and more. The home was extremely clean and tidy and took you back to the Victorian era and we were impressed by the grandness of this beautiful home. Being an NZ visitor. It was great to be greeted throughout the day, by Kangaroos around the property. The entertainment deck was perfect for the crowd we had and it is completely, shrouded in mesh, to keep insects out and had a BBQ kitchen set up in here, too, with a additional fridge/freezer as well. Plenty of seating. Bernadette and Tim were great hosts and were so prompt and attentive, to all our requirements and questions. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We will definitely look at this stay again, in the future.

Had a great stay with Jen, Quiet, secluded location surrounded by lovely gardens. Very spacious and supplied everything we needed. Would stay again if need to be back in the area.

Such a lovely location! Easy walk to the water and dog-friendly beach. The house was very clean and well stocked with crockery, linen and soap etc. The people in Yamba are so friendly and kind. We had a wonderful time!

What an amazing space!! Has absolutely everything you might need for a night or a week away! The finishings are tasteful and the bed, SUPER comfortable! Was helpful to be able to park in the carport as it was raining and the elevated views across to the water from the veranda area was lovely, even with the rain! Kim was amazingly flexible and helpful with our booking - Thanks Kim! Look forward to staying again ☺️

The place was really nice! Everything was perfectly fine. He was understanding about me not mentioning my under 2 year old and was a great host. I was originally under the impression the whole house/block was ours but it is divided in half which isn’t an issue as the half for guests is perfectly suitable for a stay the only thing is sound travels so that can feel a little awkward hearing each other through the walls but despite that everything was great!

I enjoyed a 3 night stay with my dog at Karlee’s studio, which matched our expectations and met our needs. It was clean and comfortable, with enough space, and well equipped - such as what you’d need in the kitchen, though I ate out. The outdoor courtyard was a pleasant place to unwind. There was plenty of room to park, even when there was someone next door, and overall it’s a quiet residential location, though with easy access to the main road and Byron Bay. The small local shopping centre boasts an excellent bakery, with coffee to match and fresh croissants that can’t be beaten, as well as the local pub. There are pleasant lakeside walks and a long beach nearby. The price was very competitive. I look forward to staying there again.

This was a fantastic place to stay while working nearby for a week. it was clean, quiet, and plenty of table space for working. Bonus: it is only a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Ellen and Keith are such an amazing, wonderful and helpful hosts❤️! They took very good care of us and really go beyond their means to help us. Our trip up there were a series of unfortunate events but our lovely hosts absolutely brighten up our trip! We are eternally grateful for their help during our stay with them. As for the cottage, it is very cozy and charming. It has everything we needed there from well-supplied kitchen to comfortable bed. In addition, the location was walkable distance to nice restaurants and supermarket. Fantastic place to chill and unwind! We highly recommend anyone who wants to visit Bangalow/intends to explore Byron Bay to stay with them!

I would highly recommend staying at Lynne’s place. The location is ideal and was nice sitting out on the deck chairs in the morning. It was a nice touch having binoculars in the accommodation which allowed us to see whales & dolphins on our coastal walks. The accommodation has sea views which is nice seeing the sunrise early in the morning. There’s multiple nice restaurants within walking distance. The perfect place to relax and unwind from the busy urban lifestyle. We’ll be returning to Yamba for sure!

We spent a weekend recently at Antonietta’s studio enjoying the beautiful green surrounds of this property. To label this place 5-star is something of an understatement. Antoinette has gone above and beyond to create a modern, trendy space complete with many little extras which makes this place an absolute standout. Meticulously clean, it also boasted comfortable bedding, soft towels, a well equipped kitchen and a pantry complete with locally sourced breakfast supplies. It was easy to relax here with a good tv and sound system available along with a variety of up to date magazines, puzzles and books. Had the weather been kinder, we would have taken the opportunity to laze by the infinity pool which overlooks the stunning view, full of lush plants and even a wallaby which was there during our stay. For a peaceful break with all the conveniences of home this studio was perfect and private. Checking in and out was simple and Antonietta was a delightful and friendly host. Excellent place!

Fantastic location, great amenities and immaculate room. One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway within an easy stroll to the city centre.

Great place to stay. Easy walk to Byron. Property was beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfy, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Loved the peaceful setting—close enough to town to enjoy the vibe, but far enough to feel like a retreat. Would definitely stay again!

Jacqueline and Tabatha's hospitality stood out, before we had even set foot in the Airbnb itself! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the get-go. The place itself is wonderful! Thoughtful, homely, just as described and photographed. A nice lounge area, great shower pressure in the shower and a comfy bed to boot. Essential boxes well and truly ticked! The kitchen is equipped with what you'll need to cook a meal, while the place is close to some great nearby cafes and restaurants as an alternate option. It was the perfect place to retreat to after a wedding in Yamba, and we would stay again!

The apartment is better than the photos depict! The balcony surrounded by trees is a lovely place to hang out. Parking on street is so handy, walking distance into the bustle but quiet. Very nice, spacious apartment, comfortable and would definitely stay again.
