Monthly Rentals in Claremont

I visited JA for 3 months and lived in Erin’s and Dwayne’s Airbnb. It’s a cozy spot with all of the amenities you’ll need for a short or extended stay on the island. I cooked my own meals, when I wanted to, and lived comfortably while there. Dwayne always checked in on me and was very helpful with anything the property needed. If you are looking for a experience outside of the resort walls, this is a perfect place to do so. You’ll be fully immersed in the cultural vibrancy of the people and the food. You can take a short 5 minute walk to a large outdoor food market and then continue on to the famous Ocho Rios Craft Market. I wish more people visiting the island would come to support these places that directly benefit the local community. The town is buzzing with life and it’s palpable. I love hearing the sound of reggae music while walking around the town. Overall my experience was nothing short of amazing! Thank you Erin & Dwayne for your hospitality. I will definitely visit again!

We had an incredible stay!!! Stunning place!! Beautiful and quiet! Felt safe and right at home. Upon arrival the home was spotless clean and easy check in instructions. Looked exactly like the pictures but even better in person. From the security, cleanliness and quick responses from host, this place will NOT disappoint you. The house has everything you need! The home is located in a gated community with walking distance to KFC, Devon house Ice cream 😋, juici patties 😋 supermarket, knutsford express and other restaurants. Swimming pool clean and nice. Ms. Kathleen and house manager were so nice, and SUPER responsive and proactive! I not only highly recommend this place but I would absolutely come back the next time I’m in Jamaica.

this place was very clean. if you are looking for peace of mind, a private place with great scenery this is it. its of the main road but not hard to find GPS coordinate take you right there. if visiting family, friends or doing business in the area this spacious place is perfect. thanks Sascha fora great experience.
