We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.

22 m2 studio in a Normandy farmhouse. Located between Le Tréport and Dieppe, close to the sea of Saint-Martin-en-Campagne (9 km), 10 km from Penly. The studio is equipped with a sofa bed, kitchen with stovetop, oven/microwave, fridge, TV and Wi-Fi. A bathroom + toilet. The rental of the property includes sheets. This Normandy farmhouse is divided into three cottages.
