Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

This second-floor apartment features a 4 m2 balcony with sea view. The air-conditioned kitchen includes a ceramic stove, fridge, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster, and dining area with a pull-out couch for two, cable/satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. There’s a queen bed in the bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Amenities include a shared BBQ, free private parking, and a baby cot on request. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

You’ll love my accomodation because of quietness, simple but nice furniture and good location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
