The house dominates the city of Trento from the hill of Martignano. The historic center can be easily reached in a few minutes. The large garden that descends from the house to the hill offers the possibility of pleasant outdoor breakfasts also in the company of your beloved children and also furry friends who are always welcome in this house. Located in the heart of the town's historic center, the apartment is on the mezzanine floor of an old family home. It is located in the Valsugana area, a few kilometers from the Caldonazzo and Levico lakes, the entrance to the Val dei Mòcheni and the cities of Pergine Valsugana and Trento. The Al Portico apartment is located in a strategic place for medium and high mountain hiking and trekking and mountain bike trails; it is conveniently connected to the Valsugana bike path.
