Our place has open views on all sides, with no neighbours to either side. It has independent, exclusive access from the street. It’s located in a unique community with a large private 4,000 m² garden that stretches all the way to the sea. The surrounding area is a marine reserve, ideal for snorkelling.

Renovated house in a modern and functional style, located in one of the most beautiful areas of the southwest coast of Menorca, Cap d'Artrutx, just 7 km from Ciudadela, (12 minutes by car), BUS stop, near 65 Enjoy beaches close to home, Calan Bosch 800 meters away and Son Xoringuer 1.6 km away, or if you prefer, enjoy the pool and incredible sunsets, in the ChillOut of the house. 15 minutes away, walking, is "El Lago", with (Restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, boat rentals, etc.)

Located on top of a cliff in front of the sea, with beautiful views and private descent to the sea from the house (shared access with the neighboring house. It has 3 suites with a bathroom and ocean views (one of them in the tower). 1 double room and one bunk bed for 4-6 people, who share a bathroom. House completely renovated in 2020.

Our typical "casita menorquina" is situated 100m from Cala Blanca, a lovely crystal clear small beach with restaurants and bars. It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.

The brand new Casa Milos annex, which we prefer to reserve for adult guests, is located within the garden of our property, which is a few meters from the sea, along the south coast of the island.
