We loved our stay at Ivanna’s place. We felt like home. Loves the decorations and the small patio in the back to watch the birds and enjoying a good cup of coffee

Our family of 4 (with a 3 and a 7 year old) stayed here for the month of February and LOVED this place. We legitimately are planning on returning for the fall. Gorgeous three bedroom, 2.5 bath. Comfortable couch and beds. Beautiful light and great airflow. The neighbors were all lovely and the house is walking distance from some community squares with welcoming locals and great street food. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, communication was solid, and we really appreciated the weekly cleanings. Things to note: - The living room/dining/kitchen has high ceilings - there is a very loud echo. Like, very loud. - The house could really use some baking sheets and a vacuum - You are a 30 minute walk into Antigua town Honestly, this place is awesome.

A lovely setting and a welcoming and beautiful house, where you truly feel at home. Close to everything, with easy and convenient access. The care provided by the manager and the administrator was outstanding at all times. Your warmth, kindness and willingness to attend to any need made the experience even more enjoyable.

My family and I had a great time staying in Vale’s place. We each had our separate rooms and bathrooms but still felt cozy and like we were at home. The view from the rooftop is incredible. We visited during semana santa and felt Vale’s place was close enough to the center without feeling crowded. We were able to view the processions and enjoyed the restaurants nearby and the neighbors were so kind. I look forward to staying here again for a longer period of time to fully enjoy the house.

Gorgeous location and stay! Rosa was always so attentive to my needs and very communicative! Only downside is that you are about 30 minutes away from Antigua and there is not much happening in the village.

The beautiful house, very clean, the location is excellent, you walk to the old town without problems or on the main street for bus or tuc tuc, the house in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, very private.

Mauricio is an open person and easy to communicate, we had the support what we are looking for to have a good experience. the accommodation provides the comfort and very good experience. Definitely recommend this place.

This was our first time touching down in Guatemala, and I’ve got to say this spot was a whole vibe from the moment we arrived. The area was not only super walkable but also packed with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, and local gems just steps from the building. As for the apartment? Straight-up stunning. Every detail felt curated for comfort and style, and the view?!!!! Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unreal. The energy of this place was on point, relaxing yet vibrant, with just the right mix of culture and convenience. Definitely an unforgettable stay! Will be staying here again on our next visit.

Anne's apartment was great, as described! It was conveniently close to Cayalá (a 10-minute walk across the street) and closer to other places like Cemaco and its nearby stores/restaurants. Excellent stay with my son. Pau's apartment is cozy and the photos don't actually honor it, it comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host and co-host was excellent from the beginning helping and guiding as much as possible. The location of the apartment is amazing, with beautiful views and a beautiful and entertaining environment where it is impossible to not find what to do. 100% recommended either for business trips or pleasure, you won't regret it. One downside: We couldn't meet the hosts :( … seriously, we hope to be back soon.

This place was great and with 120 sqm of space it was quite comfortable. At night it was quiet and the blackout curtains were awesome! I would recommend staying here!

An excellent place !! Silvia's stay is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. It must be clear that it is not directly in old Guatemala however it is about 10- 15min from the center of old and the uber arrives very quickly . the house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice , the bathrooms are clean and has everything you can cook which was very helpful. There is a commercial square 1km from there that has everything you need. the pool area is quite at ease to have a good time with the family and its terrace is incredible for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.
