We liked it a lot because of the security we felt!! The apartment is in a very private and safe place. We were able to put our car inside the parking lot and it locks. The fence is high, super protected and private!! The apartment was very cozy, very clean, and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Alan is super attentive, his communication is excellent!! A 10++

Enjoy a brand new and private apartment, with fenced parking and closed circuit for your peace of mind. It is equipped and ready to welcome you, two bedrooms, two beds, a living room, three screens with entertainment platforms, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Relax in this quiet and elegant space. It is located 5 minutes from downtown and at the beginning of the commercial corridor, right where the Mennonite community begins, with quick access to the avenues.

Everything was excellent during our stay in this apartment, with its closed garage to leave the car. Spacious and clean apartment. Just consider for people with mobility difficulties that to enter the apartment you have to climb stairs. Many thanks to Juan, he was always attentive and responded quickly!

No pictures of the outside but very easy to find. Very easy, clear instructions for access. The inside is spotless. You have a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and gas stove, plus a double sink for dishes.
