Just far enough from Cavill Ave to be out of the noise and easy access to Broadbeach and the rest of the GC. You don't really need a rental car as transport on the Glink at the door. No Schoolies bookings will be accepted.

Spacious and clean. It was exactly what we needed for a family stay for the week. It is 50 m from the beach and the tram and 100 m from Cavill Avenue and all shops, can’t ask for more than that. The pool was wonderful.

This place has everything you could ever need. The room itself has all facilities, full kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry. There are two pools, spa, sauna, tennis court. Friendly staff. Beautiful views and BBQ facilities on the roof. Games room, to keep both adults and kids entertained. They have games, boards and bikes to rent (free of charge) Honestly a week flew by. Wish we were there for two weeks. All you need is your clothes. Pack light, keep it simple. You will have the best time. Enjoy!!

Grant was an excellent host. Although we didn’t meet in person, he was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations - it was perfect for two people, located near the beach and restaurants, and had everything we needed for a week-long stay!

Had a lovely time. Very friendly helpful people and very flexible on my check in and check out times - essential from going from one AirBnb to another. Comfy bed, wonderful view, good shower and two TVs - what's not to like. Not to mention the lovely pool that I swam in every morning - great way to start the day. I have stayed in a couple of Serviced Apartments so knew what to expect and always travel with a few essentials so not phased by no cooking oil or salt and pepper and managed to work around the one coast hanger provided. There is a local Supermarket just a short walk away in Tedder Avenue or a short bus ride to Southport for Coles and Woolworths so very well served for those who arrived unprepared. But really who needs to cook when you have so many great restaurants and cafes just round the corner.
