A very good place to stay

excellent apartment, well arranged, incredible view of Puerto Madero, host is really good people, worth every penny. I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

A place close to everything, cafes, restaurants, shops, transport, everything at your fingertips. The most important thing for me was the quick response to all my concerns. Thank you very much Leila and Graciela. Definitely a place to go back.

The apartment is far superior to what you see in the photos, it is fully equipped, clean and very nice. The bed and sofa are very comfortable. We went in winter and both the room and the dining room had air conditioning with heating, which made the stay much better. The balcony is beautiful for hanging out or having a glass of wine at night and relaxing, they also have board games in the apartment. The location is unbeatable, 15 minutes walk from Puerto Madero, the obelisk and La Boca, 3 blocks from the subway. San Telmo is beautiful, there is a lot to do and many restaurants, so you can move around at night with peace of mind. Gonzalo was an excellent host, always attentive. We even had an early morning flight, which we had concerns about check-out, and everything was sorted out so that we could leave when we had to. Not only is it a place I recommend you go, but it is undoubtedly a place I would return to again.

Juan was a responsive and thoughtful host, making check-in easy and ensuring I had everything I needed. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything I needed in La Plata. If you're visiting the area, I’d recommend staying here!

Very good stay at home. It has plenty of space in a residential and quiet area but at the same time close to central areas. It has everything you need for a great stay in the city

They were very kind, and attentive when we needed them. The house is very comfortable, well thought out the layout, and in the garden too...many beautiful corners to enjoy...the house is very warm (I guess also cool, because it has very powerful cold/heat air in all rooms) also the possibility of lighting the fireplace...we enjoyed it a lot.

We stayed 15 days at Sebastian and Sofia's house. It was impeccable, very clean, very well-equipped, very bright and with many good taste details, just as seen in the photos. In the kitchen there is a PSA filter. The grill inside has very good draft. Outside we enjoyed the pool, sun loungers and armchairs, occasionally seeing foxes and hares. Neighborhood is very quiet. They left us an excellent welcome gift, even for our dogs!!! We felt very comfortable during this stay. It is highly recommended. Sebastian and Sofia were helpful at all times. We consider them SUPER hosts!!

Great welcome beautiful property with super nice and quiet pool,clean ,the host is great really , very responsive and lives in two houses in the place so super convenient, I really recommend the house and quinta are super well maintained. Thank you so much for our stay it was great!.

The property is beautiful in green 🌿 and tranquility. Ideal for disconnecting in family or friends. The house is in an antique style, if you like, it goes with you. Then the service was very attentive to carry out the agreements we need. I recommend it

The apartment is clean and tidy, it has all the kitchen items, it is spacious, it has many places close to all kinds of rubros that makes the stay easier. It is two and a half blocks from the Italian hospital, for those who are looking for lodging for that reason as was mine. There are nice parks nearby to enjoy the day.

excellent option to stay outside the typical circuits of Palermo or Centro. beautiful neighborhood and excellent subway and bus connections. and only 2 blocks from pizzeria San Antonio. totally recommended

Julia’s apartment was amazing! It was just as she had listed on the app. She was super communicative and flexible with us on our early arrival. Everything from the receptionists, the spacious and beautiful apartment, and the location were spectacular. Julia was an amazing host. This is a classic San Telmo apartment with high ceilings, concrete floors and unique window detailing. It was very hot in Buenos Aires during my six week stay but the apartment remained relatively cool and comfortable. Most important, its very quiet. Aside from the occasional barking dog, its one of quietest apartments I have stayed in many months. And for that, I give it a big thumbs up.
