It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM 12 JANUARY TO 10 FEBRUARY. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.

Casa Verbena

"... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.

La Foleia & its private lake. The Octagonal Villa

Our waterfront villas at La Foleia offer two iconic types of accommodation. From Villa Padiglione’s grand frescoes, warming fireplace and sweeping views to Villa Ottagonale’s intriguing salon, marble wanders and dreamy glasshouse; expect to be awestruck at La Foleia. An octagonal plan, with French windows that frame the water and the statues that adorn its edges.

The villa is 300mq big. The kitchen is approx. 30mq, the 2 main bathrooms are very large as well. It is fully equipped and there are 2 TVs, one of which is a smart TV with international channels. The swimming pool is large 7x3.5 mt and profound 1.30mt. There is an automatic pool lock. The house has stairs and small children should be supervised.
