Had a wonderful experience! The unit was clean, cozy, and exactly as on the pictures. The view was perfect, with the plus point we could heard a train passing anytime and the night light from some market across the building. The host and the staff were responsive and ensured i had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The only minor downside was that there were no complimentary amenities like coffee/tea, which would've been a nice touch. However, it wasn't a major issue with the plenty of great restaurant and cafés nearby. Highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff and host, full service dan semua peralatan dapur complete. berkesan bgt deh pokoknya, setiap sudut aesthetic. cantik buat yang suka foto2.. dan suprisingly kita dikirimin welcome snack yg buat anak2 happy.. Will recomend this villa who have a short gateway at Bandung. Arigatou 🙏

Villa nya nyaman, homey bgt gitu, dan view dari lantai 4 nya baguss bgtt langsung pegunungan 😆 apa lagi diliatnya pas pagi hari sama sore cakep bgt dah.. dan semua keperluan di villa ini sdh lengkap bgt di tambah ada nitendo n netflix wkwkw malem2 nonton horor rame2 seru jg , sambil bakar2 sate, pas dan cocok bgt buat kumpul keluarga. Bakalan nginep ulang lagi disni utk next trip. Thankyou ❤️

the place is the same as the pictures, very pretty and spacious. its pet friendly, so we also could bring our 2 dogs🐶 the team was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. there were a few hiccups but they provided fast response and resolution for the issues. due to an issue we ended up moving to the 2nd floor. when i noticed i lost my hair clip in the morning before checking out, i asked to help check to see if it was on the 3rd floor. then the staff sent me my hair clip less than 5 mins after my report👏🏻🙏🏻 for my fam, the con is the access. the location is nice, but the access are alleys on very steep hills. if you dont mind that, then this place is the right one for you:)

Tempatnya strategis deket untuk kemana-mana. penjelasan ke arah villa pun jelas dan ada opsi dari arah mana. tempat bersih dan host gercep banget ketika ditanya/ ada masalah. langsung beres 👍🏻 sofa luas dan enak buat nyantai. lantai atasnya juga lebih tinggi dari bangunan sekitar jadi viewnya cakep banget

Salah satu rumah terbaik yang pernah kami singgah. Berada di tengah kota, dekat dengan Cihampelas. Lokasinya memang di jalan kecil, tapi masih muat untuk mobil besar sekalipun. Apalagi di depan rumah ada tanah kosong yang bisa dipakai untuk berhenti sebentar dan puter balik. Alhamdulillah. Rumahnya nyaman, luas. Yang paling menyenangkan, ketika pertama kali masuk, langsung disajikan suasana yang rapi dan wangiiii.. Kamar-kamarnya juga wangi dan bersih. Perlengkapannya komplit dari perlengkapan makan, masak dan mandi. Disediakan juga air dan snack2 kecil, mantap. Anak-anak suka sekali dengan ruang keluarganya yang homey, sejuk, sofa nyaman dan hiburan lengkap. Kami jadi malas mau kemana-mana, mager di rumah menikmati waktu dan fasilitas yang ada. Kak Hilman yang standby di lokasi juga sangat membantu ketika proses check in. Dan Kak Saskia selaku host juga komunikatif dan helpful, bersedia menanyakan kebutuhan kami. Semoga sukses dan bisa stay kembali disana. Haturnuhun Kak..

Everything was purrrfect! Check-in was super easy, no hassle at all. The place itself? Absolutely stunning! From the cozy ambiance to the top-notch facilities. Not only did they have a complete kitchen and toiletries, but they also provided extra blankets and even a prayer mat. Everything made my stay so enjoyable. Ahh, it was such a nice, nice holiday. I wish I could stay longer! Thank you gugi!

Villaito adalah salah satu villa yg sangat saya rekomendasikan untuk liburan berkumpul bersama keluarga. Sesuai ekspektasi, villa ini sangat2 worth it sekali. Dari awal pemesanan respon owner sangat informatif dan cepat. Lokasinya ok, tidak terlalu jauh dari kota, suasana tenang, fasilitas lengkap, service penjaga villa juga sangat baik, dan semua anggota keluarga happy selama nginep disini. Rumah lama tapi sudah direnov jadi interiornya tampak baru. Bersih, amenities lengkap dan lokasinya di tengah kota. Kekuarangannya cuma soal privasi karena ada beberapa CCTV di dalam rumah jadi kurang leluasa bagi yang berhijab, termasuk penjaga rumahnya laki2 yang membersihkan area living room. Overall semuanya sesuai ekspektasi, rumahnya luas sesuai gambar, kids & elder friendly karena rumah segede ini hanya 1 lantai. Recommended.
