The experience of staying at this apartment is very satisfying for me and my friends, the facilities provided by tenants are very complete and adequate, there is a super fast wifi specifically provided in the unit, the location is also strategically close to malls, places to eat, cafes, minimarkets, and close to several univs in jatinangor. The apartment is also easily accessible by public transportation like angkot. The tenant's father and mother are also very responsive in times of need. Finally about the rental price, it's very affordable for the budget of students who are looking for a study or test in the surrounding univ, especially those who bring a group of up to 4 people. Overall, during our stay there were no problems and we were satisfied with the services and facilities provided by you and my father.

Good place to stay. All in facility, all kitchen necessity are available. Big refrigerator. Close to the city and easy access for transportation, especially if you are coming from out of town by train, travel, or else.

The place was immaculate and very peaceful, which made it perfect for a relaxing weekend away. The host was extremely accommodating and made sure that everything was taken care of for us. One thing that really impressed me was the complete set of cooking utensils that were available in the kitchen. We love to cook and having everything we needed made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything from pots and pans to cutlery and utensils. It made it easy to cook all of our meals without having to worry about missing any essential tools. This villa was on of the best option for someone who like peaceful environment. The villa was surrounded by tree and some vegetable garden. The parking space was spacious, You can park up to 2 medium large car or 3 small city car or lot's of motorcycle. the host gave us villa caretaker phone number to guide us and when You arrive, there was a complementary food like boiled corn, boiled banana, and boiled casava. The villa caretaker was so kind and he will wait you until your check in. the villa caretaker was waiting for us until almost midnight when we were going for Bandung and stuck at Bandung Traffic jam and we are arriving at villa on 23:00 and he still waiting for us to open the gate and make sure we were ok after that he going back to his home (such a good guy). The villa interior was same like the villa description and there were mic and sound system so you can having karaoke at the end of your day. For me this villa was worth every rupiah i paid.

We had a great stay in this House/Villa! Nice location, as it's not too close to the main road, so it's very quiet and peaceful at night. Rice fields, hills, and fish ponds surrounding this villa gave us a peace of mind, and great view as we're waking up in the morning. Attar has been very helpful and accommodating to our requests and needs and gave us free extra bed, and Pak Jamal has been kind to us during our stay. What I love the most, is the interior and exterior of this house, every corner has been very well thought of. The design, color, furnitures, and utensils are giving you this Ubud Bali vibe, with Santorini, Greece kinda white color. We took a lot of photos, because how aesthetic this house is. The kitchen is well equipped even with spices, minus the fridge (there is one but located next door in different house). We cooked our dinner, and lunch and enjoy it. The location is quite close to the sumedang toll gate. Hosts can't get calls but are responsive to messages. Villa is very as described, clean and comfortable. But it is recommended to pay more attention to maintenance such as swimming pool floor safety so as not to harm visitors.
