We really enjoy our stay. The place offer a lot of room, and it has everything that we need. Communication was clear and host is friendly.

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Great place if its just you and your partner. amazing view and place. loved everything about it! the price/room is amazing value for your money! only downside i had, was no rice cooker and ants, many ants on the kitchen. but both are small issues compared to what you get. maybe possibly bigger issue would be only 1 key/pass to get inside. but loved staying here very much! would do it again.

this place was great, i loved the view, loved watching the sunrise over jakarta from above the clouds. it was quiet, clean, everything was wonderful.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, exactly like the photos! The location is also strategic, close to many interesting places. The host is also very friendly and responsive. I will stay here again next time…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the fantastic location to the well-equipped apartment and the helpful host, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of this Airbnb is its location. Situated right across from Bintaro Plaza, it provides easy access to a variety of shopping and dining options. The kitchen, though small, serves its purpose well. It is efficiently designed and provides everything needed for light cooking. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a microwave. This would make heating food much easier and add to the overall convenience. Also, the Teflon pan provided is quite old and full of scratches, which could be a health concern—replacing it would be a great idea for future guests. Most importantly, Dinda, the owner, was very responsive. She quickly answered any questions I had, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I have given five star rating as everything was great during our stay. Only concern which bothered us during our 4 nights 5 days stay was there was no cleaning, house keeping, dish washing and bed making. Host could provide at-least one cleaning schedule for long staying hosts.

This apartment was perfect for our weekend gateway with the kids. Located in the heart of Bintaro, surrounded by malls, restaurants and kids attraction spot: BXsea, BXrink, snow world etc. I had an amazing stay here, thanks to Akmal for everything

Stayed for 3 days, it was really great room to stay, comfortable, surronded by restaurants, lotte mall, hospital and night market. Will be back here again if I need place to stay. And the important are the host really responsive and the apartment staff were helpful. Thank you CathSpace!

A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

Near to central jakarta, good neighborhood.

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

the apartment unit is as pictured, very clean, the design makes the children very happy, we can use all the facilities in the apartment and the staff from San Living are very responsive and helpful whenever there are questions or requests from us, access to the mall is also very very close, just go down from the apartment and directly enter the mall Thank you so much for the comfortable,clean and beautiful view of the residence during 5D4N
