Garden Retreat - Loire Valley

Our 'Garden Retreat' is a tranquil, elegantly furnished cottage overlooking a sunken garden. The accommodation has a bedroom (queen-sized bed), a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a sleeper-sofa, and a small office mezzanine. The garden is large with multiple places to sit and enjoy the shade or the sun. The Loire River itself is only 150 yards from the flat. Large individuals take note: the shower is a standard 67cm x 67cm. Although we love pets; but we have a one pet only policy.

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Situé dans le très joli village de Bréhémont, sur la route de "La loire à vélo", le Gîte de La Méliromarine, est ouvert toute l'année pour des séjours touristiques aussi bien que professionnels (15 km d'Avoine). Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

La Petite Bret Guest House

Welcome to La Petite Bret, a comfortable and charming house in the outbuildings of an 18th century property. You will enjoy the quietness of the countryside, just 1 km from the shops. A walk will take you to the Château de Villandry and you will enjoy many other tourist attractions offered by the UNESCO-listed Loire Valley: the famous castles, vineyards, historic districts and shopping in Tours, the Loire Valley cycling tour...

Vous pourrez avoir accès au parc du Château ainsi qu'au sauna et à la piscine (de mai à septembre), partagés avec d'autres gîtes. Centre ville à 15 min à pied en bord de route, zone commerciale accessible à 5 min de marche (Carrefour, restaurant Le Garden ++)

Peaceful accommodation that consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, a built-in double bed and a mezzanine where 2 beds are installed. Large bay windows open onto a beautiful terrace equipped for relaxation. The forest is nearby for walking or cycling. Ideally located to visit the castles of Langeais, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Islette, Rigny-Ussé... We offer to share our pool (covered if the weather is bad).

Old mill from the 19th century and its pond

In the heart of the main Castles of the Loire, you benefit from 4 spacious bedrooms and annexes located in an old mill located on 5 ha of nature. The ubiquity of the water, heated pool (opening from 6/15 to 9/15) (pond, river, laundry...) will mark your stay in depth. The estate is perfect for families (with kids) and groups. Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter, useable covered or uncovered in free access. The pool is not available in winter. Gite classified 3 stars.
